Bhaskar Reddy — Deactivation of oneassist

For the past 2 years in Nov I used to get the message about renewing of wallet protect without my knowledge. I asked many times in bank, but they said that we are no way responsible for that. So for that only I have closed my account and opened a fresh account. But today I got the message again for renewing wallet protect.. I request you to deactivate the oneassist. I don't want any protect from your side.
Plz do it asap.
