Not resolving ticket

I have a raised complain and lodged a ticket to repair tv on 9th sep 2025 for warranty taken from one assist. We have received a estimated date for technician to come by 15th sep 2025.

When i tried to connect with customer care. Contact numbers mentioned on web site are not getting connected. Customer chat has robo chat.

No call received from one assist. There is nothing communication level where you can connect...

They not repairing my laptop

I received an e-mail from ICICI BANK stating that Rs. 1899/- has been deducted from my account for the One Assist Plan without my permission. I don't know the company, and unsolicited charges were made to my account. How can you deduct money without any intimation?? This is a matter of security.

Kindly deactivate the plan and refund my money.

Every time I call one assist care, they have only one answer that we are working on our request give us 1 or 2 days and after 20 days my plan was expired, now he is saying we're unable to provide the service because your plan is expired.

    TV Purchase Details: Originally purchased from Flipkart on 09.11.2023 with Serial No. 43713/C[protected].
    Warranty Replacement: Due to a manufacturing defect, I raised a complaint with MI on 14.11.2023, and they replaced my unit under warranty with a new Serial No. 43713C[protected] (as per Job Order No. TVIN[protected].
    Invoice Issue: Since this was a warranty replacement, MI did not issue a new invoice. However, these details can be verified directly with MI's service center.
    Incident: My TV fell from the wall-mounted stand, resulting in severe screen damage and complete malfunction of the unit.
    Claim Issue: My claim was unjustly rejected by OneAssist without proper verification. No service personnel ever visited my location to inspect the damaged TV before closing my case. This is highly unfair and unprofessional.
    Customer Care Issue: I have also tried contacting OneAssist customer care at [protected], but the number is not working, adding to my frustration.
    Additional Charges: Apart from the premium paid at the time of purchase, OneAssist has also charged me an additional ₹500, making this entire experience even more distressing.

      OneAssist- The no.1 fraud company

      They rejected my claim because the phone felt from my hand while I was trying to remove it from charging and receiving a call. This is not an accident to them and they termed it negligence and rejected the claim.
      Please dont waste your money buying plan from this comany rather spend a little more and find a better company.
      We are buying the protection plan for our peace of mind but OneAssist is a totally unreliable n not trustworthy...

      A fraud company

      Hi,

      I purchase a VU 50 inch television in Aug'22 with 3 year compliance protection with One assist. I raised a claim in 06-Sep-24 regarding my TV screen issue, engineer visited at site and informed me the panel is not working it will be replaced and pick it up with himself. after 15 days he delivered the TV on 24-Oct-24 And that was look like duplicate part installed because picture quality very poor and blue lights coming...

      I am writing formallyregarding the substandard services I have received from OneAssist Consumer Solutions Pvt Ltd company, which are not in line with the policy I purchased on 01-Dec-2023.
      Details of the Issue:
      • Policy Number: [protected]
      • Date of Purchase: xx-Dec-2023
      • Services Expected: Replacement of all filters one time under the policy.
      • Services Received: Denial of service without discussion / information of customer
      o First service request: SR[protected]Aug-24 denied by ASM without discussion or information to customer.
      second request raised after multiple followup[protected], still not resolved.
      o Customer action: Following up on daily basis with support and escalation team. But there is no action, response or action taken by the team.
      o Last discussion: Sandeep [ASM], escalation team [Suman] and local service area team over joint call assured to replace all filters on 24-Aug-2024. That promise also got futile.
      o Issue to customer: Customer has to buy water from outside in absence of filter from last 20 days.
      It is highly disappointing that despite following all the necessary procedures and meeting all the requirements on my end, the services delivered are not as per the agreement. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and frustration.
      Action Requested:
      I kindly request that you address this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency by:
      1. Providing the services as per the purchased policy or,
      2. Issuing a full refund for the amount paid if the services cannot be rendered as promised.
      Please acknowledge this email upon receipt and provide a timeline for resolving this matter
      Failure to address this issue adequately may leave me with no option but to escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and consider taking legal action to enforce my rights.
      I trust that we can resolve this issue amicably and look forward to your prompt response.

        This is regarding my membership Id - [protected] of 2 years extended warranty on Bluestar RO water purifier.

        On 24th of May, raised a SR[protected] was raised due to water taste change. On 26th May the service engineer [Devkumar Bhukta (mob. - [protected]) although the service engineer assigned was Souvik Dwari, I received a call from[protected] claimed to be from Oneassist local office to allow Devkumar to work on the case] visited and diagnosed that the water filter needs to be replaced. I requested him to replace the same and ready the water purifier so that I can use it and raise an invoice so that I can pay the due charges. Although I gave him the start OTP but didn't hand in the end OTP and requested for a complete job sheet or call report.
        Same day in the afternoon I had a word with your customer care executive Ashraya, she took the regional service manager on call and informed the same. And the service manager on call agreed to send an engineer with a replacement part on Tuesday to rectify the issue.
        But in the evening, the SR got closed stating - 'Customer denied the service charge/replacement part payment'.

        Wanted to know why the SR[protected], got closed with a false statement.

        Yesterday, I raised another SR[protected]. Called to your customer care and had a word with Mr. Abhijit and narrated the entire saga to him. He assured me that my case will be serviced and the problem will be resolved.
        Today, sometimes back received call from Mr. Amit Mondal (claimed as regional service manager of Oneassist) (phone - [protected]), he informed me that my issue can not be serviced by Oneassist and closed the call as "Reason: Plastic/Thermocol part not available". Not only that, he advised me to service the water purifier from outside.

        Could you please check the above two SRs and help me with a proper solution ? And why both the cases got closed with false statement ?

          Dear All,

          please find the latest estimation shared by the oppo service center ghatkopar. And it clear states that only my screen is damaged but one assist team made fool out of me and instead of repair they were giving me 5000 for my device as my device is Beyond economic repair with total repair cost of 31245. But as I said earlier oppo service had given me an estimate of 9300. I will take this in court for mental and physical harassment caused by the one assist and airtel team.

          I have been without my phone for more than two weeks and after that I got to know that one assist was trying to get there hands out of it by saying it's beyond economic repair and airtel is also not even concerned abt there loyal customers.

          I hope you will revert this mail on priority as I will be filing a fraud and defamation case against airtel and oneassist for presenting wrong details and causing mental and physical damage to the customer. The insurance company is not Fulfilled the promises made by them.

                My name is Midhun Mohan M, and I purchased a laptop from Flipkart on January 11, 2023. Along with the laptop, I also purchased complete protection insurance worth Rs. 3, 819 that covered accidental and liquid damage. The laptop was delivered to me on January 13, 2023, and I have attached the supporting documents for your reference.

                On April 1, 2023, while I was traveling from Chennai to Trivandrum on a train, a bottle of water spilled over my bag and seeped into the laptop. Since then, the laptop has not turned on. I immediately contacted the OneAsist toll-free number and followed their instructions to download their app and upload the necessary images and documents.

                However, despite explaining how the water spilled over the laptop, various OneAsist executives kept asking me pointless questions. I grew increasingly frustrated.
                After that when I had escalated the same on the social media they agreed to collect the laptop and collected the same.

                After that they said that the laptop is on total damage category and they cant repair and transfered me half of the invoice amount and when I asked about it they are saying that this is mentioned on the Terms and Conditions. I dont know whether they have damaged any components for making repair cost higher.

                Furthermore, upon researching
                further, I discovered that my claim had been rejected with no valid explanation. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable, as I had paid for the complete protection insurance precisely for situations like this.

                When I have checked about this company on other websites, almost all the consumers are got cheated from them and all are giving negative reviews for the company.The documents supporting all this attacted below.

                I kindly request that you investigate this matter and provide a solution as soon as possible. I am seeking total compensation for the repair or replacement of my laptop, which should be covered by the insurance policy that I had purchased.
