I ordered a Realme TV in flipkart on 24.12.24 along with two years extended warranty from OneAssist and paid the full amount.
My TV return period is 10 days i.e., 04.01.25.
On 15.01.25 (i.e., after my return period) I received a message from flipkart that my refund is processed and it will be credited to my account on 21.01.25, the Oneassist has cancelled my extended warranty and refund the policy amount without my concurrence, without intimation and without mentioned any reason.
I bought this TV because of extended warranty available, Now, my return period is over, so I neither return my TV not having warranty.
They have cheated me. When I approach both Flipkart and OneAssist, lethargic response i received, simple sorry for the inconvenience caused.
OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
