I am very shocked by the reasons being used to reject claims, specifically the one applied to my recent claim file (Service Request #[protected] regarding issue in my device (Mobile – Nokia G42 5G) as per below.

We bought a Samsung washing machine from Vasanth & Co (Tiruvottiyur branch, Chennai), and I also purchased an additional one-year warranty from OneAssist.
Now my washing machine has a sensor issue. We raised a complaint with OneAssist on 10th November 2025, and they created the service request (SR[protected] on 12th November 2025. They then raised a request for the replacement part on 19th November 2025.

I bought a TV online on 08 March 2023 and registered for an extended warranty of Rs. 4099 valid till 04 March 2026 with One Assist Consumer Solution. The policy No is [protected]. Once the same TV showed display issue. I file a request to One Assist for service. I have a raised complain and lodged a ticket to repair tv on 9th sep 2025 for warranty taken from one assist. We have received a estimated date for technician to come by 15th sep 2025.

When i tried to connect with customer care. Contact numbers mentioned on web site are not getting connected. Customer chat has robo chat.

No call received from one assist. There is nothing communication level where you can connect...

Every time I call one assist care, they have only one answer that we are working on our request give us 1 or 2 days and after 20 days my plan was expired, now he is saying we're unable to provide the service because your plan is expired.

They rejected my claim because the phone felt from my hand while I was trying to remove it from charging and receiving a call. This is not an accident to them and they termed it negligence and rejected the claim.
Please dont waste your money buying plan from this comany rather spend a little more and find a better company.
We are buying the protection plan for our peace of mind but OneAssist is a totally unreliable n not trustworthy...

I purchased a headphone in may 2022 and taken the extended waranty from the fraud company oneassist and when i contacted them in aug 2023 for claiming my warranty, they said "we are sorry, we can't proceed with your request"....

I ordered VU GLO LED TV in Flipkart, i recieved the Product servie excutive done installation, after 10 days the TV in not working, then I raised a complaint in VU TV COSTOMER CARE, then the service engineer visited and found that tha pannel is physically damaged, I taken a policy COMPLETE DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN IN ONE ASSIST and he suggested to contact to insurance team.in this regard I raised a service request number is 17789339.

I had raised a complaint earlier about extended warranty not being followed by one assist on 24th aug . This complaint is regarding Hi Sense model fridge which is not cooling the lower compartments . After raising the complaint in this site I got a call and technician was sent to look into the matter . The technician was supposed to come today but he did not turn up, when I called him up he said the items will take a long time to get cleared...

When I applied for credit card from ICICI Bank, I think I had by mistakenly ticked for One Assist subscription plan. And now I want to cancel it and I had called One Assist customer care but there are saying it will not be cancelled and even if I will cancel I will not get my money/refund. Is there any means by which I can cancel the plan and get full refund as soon as possible.
