Please note that I bought the above hand set and now I came to know that its a Faulty hand set and has many problems as under.

1)The main major problem is Sim problem. only one Sim shows some time and one disappear automatically and I had to reboot the phone and re insert the Sim every time.

2) very often the Sim changes from Sim 1 to Sim 2 automatically

3) All the setting changes automatically

I got fed up with this and went to the Micormax Gallery twice but the same problem remain the same, I requested for replacement of the Hand set but they rudely said we can not, if you want you can contact the customer care of the company for the same.

Now I would really appreciate if you could please look in to this and give me the replacement. I hope you would do the needful.

I am really repainting after buying this hand set.

I am enclosing the pictures showing the automatic changes often seen in the hand set and the invoice copy of purchase.

kindly do the needful and replace the hand set
