I have ordered iPhone on 28 November 2013 and received on 23 December 2013. That also a damaged product and locked piece. Before ordering they told it was unlocked product.
Now I am cancelling the order and want to refund the money. so they told that they are sending the return form and once I'll reply with the filled form they will start processing to refund.
But still I did not get any form from them. Their service is totally bad. They are taking so much time to refund.
