[Resolved]  Bhejo LLC — FAKE WARRANTY MAKING PEOPLE FOOL

https://www.ibhejo.com/ So, the story starts as. I have placed an order on this website and got my product after many days and the wrong product also. I ordered I phone 3g white colour with 1 year manufacturer warranty stated here http://www.ibhejo.com/product_warranties.html but they have sent me black. Their policies says that they will deliver the product in 10-15 days. But they took more than 30 days. Finally i accepted the product in black colour, because i know they are just scammers or fraud peoples (I don't know what to call these peoples) they will take again 30-40 days to send me the white iphone or maybe they will not send. After 4 months, The phone was and not working fine and having some issues. So I have sent them an email :- Dear sir/mam, I had bought an Apple I-phone 3g from your online store 4 months back, Now its buttons are not working. Please tell me what to do now to fix it ? I was knowing that it came up with the warranty. So please, kindly tell me what to do now ? Thanks. *I got this reply :- Dear Customer, Thanks for contacting iBhejo.com. We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are really very shocked to know that your product has some defects and is not functioning. Our entire products ordered by the customers are properly checked by our quality control team and then dispatch it to the customers. The defects that you refer may be due to some error in handling the product. Please find the attached RMA form, fill in the same and send it to us. On the receipt of the same, we will guide you with the process further. Note: RMA # would be your Order #. Thank you, Team iBhejo.com and I have got an call from an lady, she said that send the product. As your product is in warranty. We will check it and repair / replace it. Whatever will be the situation can be. Then I had sent them the RMA FORM with the attatchment and they replied :- Dear Customer, Kindly dispatch the product along with the rma form to the address mentioned below. Address: Lotus House Off Andheri Kurla Rd., Sakinaka, Andheri (East) Mumbai 400072, India Thank you, Team iBhejo.com But due to some personal issues, I was not able to send the product as i was out of staton due to some personal issue. ______________ In the end of the august. I came back, and sent an email :- its 3 months now, i haven't sent the item yet. Because there were some personal issues. So i can send it with this form ? or i have to issue another form ?? Thanks reply asap. But they didn't replied. So i called them and they asked my order number. I confirmed it. They said that. "YES YOU CAN SEND THE PRODUCT TO US KINDLY DISPATCH IT" Now, on 23/209/2013. I have sent the product through BLUEDART :- Tracking number : [protected] www.bluedart.com And send ibhejo.com and email. Hellom I have sent the product to you after giving 1500rs as courier charges. Will you refund it or i have to bear it ? Thanks [protected] I got an reply that you that you have t sent the product within some days of the RMA form issued. We are not accepting this product and refusing it. Then I have called them, Now they are just saying that we cannot do anything. I said that this product is having 1 year warrnaty as told by you but they are saying that it is just 3 months seller warranty. They are just making me fool. Points that are not appropriate :- 1. If my product has 3 months warranty, then why the hell did they issued RMA after 4 months ?? 2. They accepted and said that As your product is in warranty. We will check it and repair / replace it. Whatever will be the situation can be. 3. I told them that why you told me to send the product if it is not in the warranty ? so i got an unusual answer.They just make peoples to send the product to them with say that your propduct is in warranty. But after recieving they say that it is not in warranty. Pay the charges and get your product fixed. PLEASE HELP ME !! I WANT MY PRODUCT TO BE FIXED OR REFUND !!! THEY ARE JUST CHEATERS !! DON'T EVER BUY ANY ITEM FROM THIS WEBSITE !!! MY RS.1500 COURIER CHARGES GOES IN VAIN. I WANT THEM BACK. HELP MEEEE I CAN PROVIDE ANY PROOD ANY SCREENSHOT.
