Bhim App — account debited but payment is not paid further

I have made transaction id[protected] dated[protected] at 10:43:49 for rs. 2000.00, but the transaction shown pending and my account has been debited but the amount not paid further. The transaction is not showing in pending section but appears in transaction with pending tag. The refresh button is not working and nothing has been done to clear my transaction. No one is going to respond and i am suffering badly.

Sir,
I transfer amount of 5000 to other account amount is debited from my account but not credited to account whum transferred.
I done my transection on 1nov 2017 but still no refund.For further information see on below image.
