Dear Sir/ madam, I paid the BSES bill using the BHIM app, the amount was deducted but it was shown as pending in the app dashboard. On 5th Nov 2022, I tried two times to pay my bill of BSES using the BHIM app, which is connected to my Central bank of India saving account. Rs. 1530 was deducted two times. RRN no:[protected];[protected], date 5 Nov 2022. The complaint was raised on 8th Nov with ref no "1682805", then on 7th Dec 22 with complaint nos "1695865" & "1695862" and then on 27th Dec 22 "1703234". My deducted money of Rs. 1530 + Rs. 1530 is still pending. Please help me, regards

Failed refund of UPI transaction in June2021

Transaction fail but money debited

I made online transaction amount Rs 7743 through BHIM APP on 24/11/2020 at 2:21 PM(IST) to amazon@apl. The transaction was FAIL but money was DEBITED. I have made a complaint through writing and phone call( customer care) but till now i didn't get any response nor do my money is credited. Therefore, i come to this platform, hoping your landing helps in solving my problem.

Vendor not agreeing the money transfer
I have made a UPI transaction through phone pay on 19th October 06.54 pm to a merchant in the name of Vinayaka provision stores . The transaction is success and the transaction id is P201091854096604182373. But the merchant told that he didn't receive money and cheating me.

money deducted but not credited to the beneficiary account
I have paid the exam fees of rs.550/- to west bengal state university through bhim app but after waiting for more than 72 hrs the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account and i have to pay it again through my debit card. I have raised the complaint to the https://bhimupi.org.in/get-touch but they saying me that the transaction was successful credited to the beneficiary (Recipient) merchant’s account. Request you to reconfirm with the beneficiary merchant.
Now please let me know who is responsible for this? And am i going my money back?

irctc refund of cancelled tickets not received

I have booked 6 railway tickets on irctc in october 2019 first week using bhim upi payment mode and then cancelled the the tickets on 26 october 2019. Details are in below attached images. Irctc refunded the tickets on 27 oct 2019. But still i have not received the payment in my bank account.

fund credited in beneficiary's account but it debited automatically
I made a Transaction of rs 3977.90 through bhim app on[protected] at first Amount credited beneficiary's account but next second it debited automatically and not reversed in senders account too. Transaction shows successful but its not. I already logged several complaints on bhim app but couldn't get my refund.I attached beneficiary's account statement with this complain

Yesterday i sent 200 from bhim to my own gpay account connect with my other account. amount deducted from my bhim acc. but in gpay acc. i didn't received any amount. my bhim account is connected with sbi and gpay account is connected with pnb. to which account should i connect

irctc payment pending
I have tried booking a ticket from my irctc account, the money got deducted from my account( i did payment through bhim upi) and I didnt get any confirmation. I am getting a message that ticked not booked and payment pending from bank end.
Should i book again and wait for the refund/ should I book again and cancel one if both tickets are booked, should i do nothing and just wait for the ticket to get confirmed?

If iam transaction by bhim so show always number of pin exceed for the transaction. always show this issue . if i use any other app like paytm, phone pay, Gpay is attach with bhim their is also show same problms. iam many time complain to bank and many time mark mail, but not solve problem yet,

Yesterday i had sent and request through bhim app to one of my friend to transfer me some of 7000 to my account but the message he received was this.
(Swapnil a dhasal has requested rs.7000.00 from you through upi. Donate directly for crpf martyrs via bhim. Send money to [protected]@sbi and help towards a noble cause.)
Kindly help us to get the money back as we had not requested this.

We couldn't see balance and transactions. It shows "something not right" always. So please solve the problems. We need to find request balance and transact money from one bank to another

wrong transfer of money

On 6 march 2019 i have transfered rs.3000 in a wrong account through bhim app of which rrn is[protected]. On 7 march 2019 i submitted a complaint for reverting the amount in my account. I am sorry to note that inspire of subsequent complaints no amount was not credited to my account. Status of complaint was also not given even after 10 days. I again request to get the money credited to my account. Early action is required.

I have sent 4800rs from my account by bhim app but amount is debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account on date 19dec2018.
My account is in icici bank and beneficiary account is in sbi.
I complained in bhim app but they didn't respond properly.
I tried to complain in sbi but they didn't even listen to me and disconnected the call.
Please help me out of this.

pending of transactions
Am mr. Suvam ranjan acharya. I made a transactions of rs. 5000 to mr. Rajesh dash of state bank of india via bhim app but it pending still now after two working days and rs. 5000 deducted from my account of state bank of india.

You need to address the complaint with request to refund to your bank - the card issuer.
As no prove of any reservation receved by air carrier.
The duty of the bank is to issue the decsion on refund within 15 days follwoing your complaint, if in India.
In 15-21 days, if no refund received, the solution is via local court only.
The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
- government fees [ from 2500 ruppes ] + own efforts,
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~6000 rupees] + own efforts
The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.

I have done the transaction 8000 rupees on date 2/11/18 amount debited in my Punjab national bank account but not credited to beneficiary canara bank account . My transaction request is pending .I call bhim customer care service they doesn't receive call . It's urgent please solve this problem and get solution refund my money.in my bank account .

I had transferred money through Bhim app on 4 nov 2018 . Money was debited from my account but not credited to other person account. I have lodged complaint two times but no response. Everytime complaint number is issued but no revert from bhim app customer care . Even sbi refused to refund my amount

मै अभिशेक कुमार का भारतीय स्टेट बैक डी एस कालेज अलीगढ में खाता क्रमाकं[protected] का खाता है। मेरे द्धारा दिनाकं 03-12-17 को भीम ऐप्स द्धारा upi/[protected]/[protected]@CNRB00 से ₹ 1000 का अन्तरण केनरा बैक आगरा रोड अलीगढ के खाता क्रमाकं[protected] में किया गया था । मेरे द्धारा खाता क्रमाक की जगह सम्बन्धित खाता का atmcard no [protected] पड गया था। इस प्रकार कोई खाता सम्बन्धित शाखा न होने पर भी अन्तरण sucess हो गया । जिससे धनराशि सम्बन्धित खाते न पहुची नहि मेरे खाते वाफिस आयी है।कई बार toll free no14444 पर शिकायत अभी तक धनराशि वाफिस नही आयी है।कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें

जैसा कि शिकायत में अवगत कराया गया है कि लाभार्थी के खाता क्रमांक की जगह ए टी म कार्ड नम्बर प्रयुक्त किया गया हैं। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करें।
