Dear Sir/ madam, I paid the BSES bill using the BHIM app, the amount was deducted but it was shown as pending in the app dashboard. On 5th Nov 2022, I tried two times to pay my bill of BSES using the BHIM app, which is connected to my Central bank of India saving account. Rs. 1530 was deducted two times. RRN no:[protected];[protected], date 5 Nov 2022. The complaint was raised on 8th Nov with ref no "1682805", then on 7th Dec 22 with complaint nos "1695865" & "1695862" and then on 27th Dec 22 "1703234". My deducted money of Rs. 1530 + Rs. 1530 is still pending. Please help me, regards

I have made a complaint through writing and phone call( customer care) but till now i didn't get any response nor do my money is credited. Therefore, i come to this platform, hoping your landing helps in solving my problem.

                          I have paid the exam fees of rs.550/- to west bengal state university through bhim app but after waiting for more than 72 hrs the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account and i have to pay it again through my debit card. I have raised the complaint to the https://bhimupi.org.in/get-touch but they saying me that the transaction was successful credited to the beneficiary (Recipient) merchant’s account. Request you to reconfirm with the beneficiary merchant.
                          Now please let me know who is responsible for this? And am i going my money back?

                                  I have tried booking a ticket from my irctc account, the money got deducted from my account( i did payment through bhim upi) and I didnt get any confirmation. I am getting a message that ticked not booked and payment pending from bank end.
                                  Should i book again and wait for the refund/ should I book again and cancel one if both tickets are booked, should i do nothing and just wait for the ticket to get confirmed?

On 7 march 2019 i submitted a complaint for reverting the amount in my account. I am sorry to note that inspire of subsequent complaints no amount was not credited to my account. Status of complaint was also not given even after 10 days. I again request to get the money credited to my account. Early action is required.

                                        From the date of submitting the complaint that is on 6 march 2019 no action has been taken I have also not been informed about the status of complaint.I am strange enough that if beneficiary account does not exit in the mentioned IFSC code of the bank how can be transaction successful and where the money was transferred by bhim app.Pl. give me full detail if there is any difficulty in crediting the amount in my account.

                                            I have sent 4800rs from my account by bhim app but amount is debited from my account and not credited to beneficiary account on date 19dec2018.
                                            My account is in icici bank and beneficiary account is in sbi.
                                            I complained in bhim app but they didn't respond properly.

                                                    You need to address the complaint with request to refund to your bank - the card issuer.
                                                    As no prove of any reservation receved by air carrier.
                                                    The duty of the bank is to issue the decsion on refund within 15 days follwoing your complaint, if in India.

                                                    In 15-21 days, if no refund received, the solution is via local court only.

                                                    The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
                                                    - government fees [ from 2500 ruppes ] + own efforts,
                                                    - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~6000 rupees] + own efforts
                                                    The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.

                                                      I have done the transaction 8000 rupees on date 2/11/18 amount debited in my Punjab national bank account but not credited to beneficiary canara bank account . My transaction request is pending .I call bhim customer care service they doesn't receive call . It's urgent please solve this problem and get solution refund my money.in my bank account .

[protected] ifsc-ubin0533114 through bhim upi and payment has been success vide id[protected] dated 02/11/2018 for rs.1447/- and amount also been debited in to my bank account bank of india but the payment credit confirmation has not been initiated by himalaya inspite of my repeated requests. Please do needful.

                                                          The payment is approved .. but the recipient didnt got money

                                                          I had transferred money through Bhim app on 4 nov 2018 . Money was debited from my account but not credited to other person account. I have lodged complaint two times but no response. Everytime complaint number is issued but no revert from bhim app customer care . Even sbi refused to refund my amount

                                                            मै अभिशेक कुमार का भारतीय स्टेट बैक डी एस कालेज अलीगढ में खाता क्रमाकं[protected] का खाता है। मेरे द्धारा दिनाकं 03-12-17 को भीम ऐप्स द्धारा upi/[protected]/[protected]@CNRB00 से ₹ 1000 का अन्तरण केनरा बैक आगरा रोड अलीगढ के खाता क्रमाकं[protected] में किया गया था । मेरे द्धारा खाता क्रमाक की जगह सम्बन्धित खाता का atmcard no [protected] पड गया था। इस प्रकार कोई खाता सम्बन्धित शाखा न होने पर भी अन्तरण sucess हो गया । जिससे धनराशि सम्बन्धित खाते न पहुची नहि मेरे खाते वाफिस आयी है।कई बार toll free no14444 पर शिकायत अभी तक धनराशि वाफिस नही आयी है।कृपया उचित कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें
