Bhim App — Balance deducted from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account when transfer throw bhim app

I had transfer 1670rs throw bhim app on 31 may 2017 the transaction amount deducted from my account immediately but not transfer to beneficiary account I try to call to bank they are not helping me I also try to call and email my problem to NPCI but there are also not show any response plz help me it's an emergency
