Bhim App — bhim app transferred my 10000 rs in another account

Sir, On 19/08/17 I was transferring 10000rs through BHIM App by writing my name Ravindra singh tomar in payment address but BHIM app added @upi with my name and the amount has been transferred in [protected]@upi which is not my account. In communication with them on twitter when I asked them to tell me the details of account in which my money has been transferred they refused to give me the details. I have done one Adhar payment through bhim app debited amount but not credited recipient account.

After confirming the details for sending money i m getting "internal server error" message. I tried to contact custer care number of BHIM there was no reply What to do? I uninstalled and installed BHIM app again. That too did not solve the issue.
