On 25/12/2017, i receive money (Rs.900 and rs.400) through bhim app to my mobile no. [removed] associated with bank or upi and it was successful transaction message with transaction reference number[protected] and[protected]. But still it was not credited into my bank account.
When i contact to my bank branch they told they have no any link to raise complaint for bhim app issue,
Also there is no any link in bhim app to raise complain only giving a button to call bank which not work.
Its really unpleasant and irritating.
Please solve my problem and i am thinking for those poor people who much not literate to write online complain like what i am doing?
