I have made imps transaction of 9000 inr on 20/11/2017 @ 12.30pm. The amount got debited from my account but till now creditor hasn't received the amount. The transaction id is[protected]. Today it's 22/11/2017, i have tried to call customer care but the call is not getting connected. Also ibahve put up an email regarding my concern but again no response from there.
