Bhim App — Transaction fail but money debited

I made online transaction amount Rs 7743 through BHIM APP on 24/11/2020 at 2:21 PM(IST) to [protected]@apl. The transaction was FAIL but money was DEBITED. I have made a complaint through writing and phone call( customer care) but till now i didn't get any response nor do my money is credited. Therefore, i come to this platform, hoping your landing helps in solving my problem.
