[Resolved]  BHIM — Transaction is still pending

I sent money to sbi account on 2nd of july of rs. 1000 through bhim app. The money got debited from the bank account of the sender (Sbi) but the beneficiary account never got credited and since then bhim app is showing pending transaction. The transaction id in bhim app is[protected]. I have complained online on bhim app website 2 or 3 times but each time they are giving me complaint numbers and saying my transaction will either be reversed or credited to the beneficiary account (Sbi) within 1 day, but nothing has happened for 6 days. I request you to please do the needful of either reversing the money or crediting the money to the beneficiary account.
