I have used bhim upi to transfer money from my account to other account. Transaction got failed but after some time amount got deducted from my account.
My transaction i'd is[protected].
Please have a look and get my amount refunded to my account.
I have faced this problem multiple no of times. This is not acceptable
Will be very grateful to you.

My account is debited and still from two days showing status pending.
Money not credited to any one neither shopkeeper nor me.

    I did a person to person transaction on january 4th in bhim app of amount 20, 000.
    In both mine and beneficiary status is showing success but when beneficiary checked account statement, beneficiary found that money was reversed immediately.
    As its showing success in bhim app i didn't get my money back.
    We contacted toll free numbers, banks mail ids but didn't receive any proper response (Transfer banks hdfc to sbi)
    I even went to the npci developer office but they didn't help.
    Now my question where that transferred money went? & how will i get it back?

    Hi . Yesterday I booked my ticket threw irtc and payment done by bhim app.
    Amount deduction but booking not confirm..

Now no one is picking phone on helpline no. and not getting proper reply from online complaint form from NPCI. If any one know the helpline no. that really works please share asap.

          Amount is debited from my bank account on 3/11/18 but not credited to beneficiaries bank account and till now it’s not being reversed I already raised the complaint but there is no one to resolve please help me out its urgent

              I have mistakenly paid a post paid bill of jio 349 rupees instead of a prepaid recharge, but the transaction failed due to i don't have any post paid no. I have given the post paid no. [protected], but the app said it's not the correct post paid no. So ur transaction failed but at the se time 349rupees deducted from my account. I need to be refunded it. Plz help me

              I am taher I was doing a recharge of 171 on my prepaid number through BHIM all process is properly done but when the payment page appear I load all details of my card and click on submit button then it loaded and amount is, deducted from from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful. And my account no is [protected] and my account name is taher jirapur wala and my account is in Bank of baroda
              It my humble request that you take action on this request ASAP.

              I am Abdeali I am transferring 1000 rs amount to my friend through the BHIM app once I enter all the details but once I click on pay button it load for sometime and then the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from my account. My account is in Bank of baroda bank and the bank account number is [protected]
              Its my humble request that please take action on this complaint ASAP you're humble consumer

                I had transferred an amount of Rs. 10, 000 on 9/07/2018 (Time: 18:10:10) & transaction was successful with transaction id No:[protected]. However the amount had not reached to the receiver.
                Later i noticed that I had entered the ifsc code wrong with the variations in one alphabet.
                Correct Ifsc Code: BARB0BUPBGX

                One of the representative wrote to me to provide account statement. I had already mailed the statement to him on 13/07/2018.
                Its been six days and i have not got any resolution or reply.

                      But it's failure.

                              Hello i am bhim app user, every thing is fine but when server was not good transaction was failed but my amout of rs 2000 was deducted and there is no response from the bhim app,
                              There is no authentic number to which can call.
                              I have tried to call the bhim app number but the number in app is shown is incorrect and if there is server problem then there should be a mail to assist us as i am a customer that you will get the refund within 2 or 3 working days but what i see there is no response at all.

                              I send some money to my village through BHIM aap yeasterday at 11:35am(approx.) the amount is diducted from my account but it not succesfull .. Its pending.. I entered the correct data of benificiery account

                                I am transferring 2500rs from sbi a/c to my idbi a/c amount getting debited from sbi but not credited to idbi account. Any how transaction failed. I complaint many times to bhim app & sbi they said amount is credited but i didn't received my 2500rs till yet bhim app say we resolved your problem where is my money then now. Sbi say we didn't received any amount back from bhim app. What can i do now there is no any contact no/helplne provided by bhim app. Worst experience

                                  Myself varsha shakya did transaction of rupee 1600 on 6th december 2017 transaction id[protected] to arti singh on upi address [protected]@upi which is a wrong payment address but successfully transfered and her mobile no. Is not linked with upi address.
                                  Secondly did reservation through irctc on 22 december [protected]@icici rupee 406.80 transaction id[protected] money deducted but reservation not did.
                                  Both transaction sid by bhim app.
                                  No one helping i emailed at support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and called bank too no one helping.
                                  Kindly help us.

                                      On 5 december 2017 i've transferred money to someone through bhim but transaction has failed but the money is debited from my account the amount of money is debited is 4000 and it is a big amount of money for me because i am student. I've also call my bank but there is no response from there side my account is in bank of baroda.                                         I am Mostafizur Rahaman Molla, village-Bara Jirakpur, Po-Basirht(R/S), Ps-Basirhat, Dist-24 parganas (North), Pin-743412.Yeasterdat I have transfer 2007 rupees from State Bank Of India to Bank Of India through BHIM UPI apps.My state bank of india account number [protected] and Bank Of India account number [protected] but yeasterday transaction pending.My transaction ID-[protected] but today 09/11/2017 one person call to me and said you have one complained for BHIM apps I have said yes then he say now you refund your money but you do one work first open your BHIM apps then you see right top corner one notification sign then open and see one notification then he say click pay bottom, he said 4 and 5 times you do this work then check you main balance.After 5 times I have done this work then I have checked my bank balance and losed 10035 rupees State Bank Of India bank account.I have 5 transaction Id[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and that personI phone number [protected], [protected].I have attact all transacion screen shot picture.So please help this problem.

                                        I am md mostafizur rahaman molla, i had transferred an amount of rupees 2007/- from my state bank of india to my recharge (Bank of india) account no : [protected] on 08/11/2017. Amount got debited my state bank of india account but not created to my recharge (Bank of india) account. Please check the my complaint and resolve.

                                          I have make payment through mobile banking upi, payment is done, but transaction is failed, is showing the error (Your transactions is in process. Kindly wait for 2 working days to raise any complaint in case of any issue)

                                          In transaction it's showing refund is done on 2 working days, but as on date payment is not received to my bank. I check my bank statement also.

                                            Dear sir' i made a transaction by using bhim app. I send mony rs.5000/ to benificery rekha devi. Amount is deducted from my account but not credited to benificery account. App shows that transaction is pending and transaction is in process and wait for two working days.. Transaction id. Is[protected] amt. Rs.5000/ date.12 oct, time.08:52:45. My mobile no. Is [protected]. But after 48 hours amount is not refunded or not credited to benificery. Please resolve it as soon possible.

                                              Hi i have tried to send money from kvb to my another kotak account through bhim during the transaction was failed and amount was debited from my bank but that amount was not credited to kotak account. I had contacted to kvb bank regarding my debited amount, they told to me they are not responsible so kindly contact to npci.

                                                      When you open bhim app there is a option of send i clicked on it after that it asked for upi i'd in which i wrote canara bank after that in amount section 5000 i wrote and pressed the send button thinking another page will open up but it got sent to a person name manivannan n.
                                                      Whom we are not aware of now we his upi i'd is [protected]@upi
                                                      We have sent alot of mails to every single i'd of canara bank but still not getting any response from them is this the type of service you are providing mistakes can happen but you people are not even responding to mails neither giving any suggestions how to rectify it
