Staff are not disclosing the exact rate per gram and making charges to the customers. At the time of booking, they tell 17% making charges for old design chain. But while delivery they charge 17.75%, which will be hidden from customers. And for old design mogapu, there is separate making charges of 23.75%, which they call it as 23% of making charge.
