We had a very bitter experience in this store this evening, first thing is today's gold rate in every other store in Bangalore is 5500 but here it's 5518, 2nd thing, every floor has more than 10 staff but no proper receiving, no smile at all, I asked the executive why is he so serious then he smiled once, 3rd thing, 2 staff members are standing just behind us and one of them is standing very close to my wife, not sure if they doubt the customer...

Note the name Vigneshwara.(according to his employee badge).This happened a month ago and I am extending it now. It was a last weekend in January.I first visited Lalitha jewellers in Malleswaram to buy a gift for my friend's engagement.There were not many collections. Then one of my friend introduced me Bhima Jewellers.then I visited bhima.the showroom was good. overall appearance was top notch.Showroom in the shady foothills i liked a malleshwaram bhima a lot.as it was a weekend, there was a little more customers walkings there. and after we seated, A tall, thin, lusty-eyed man came to attend us.the person who ruined my day.and this guy talks to us more by looking at our breast than looking at our faces.I think there is no need of such lustful eyes in sales field.Only touching a woman is not harassment. and also looking at lustful eyes a form of harassment.I am bringing this matter to light after many days.Action should be taken against him.And i would like to bring this matter to HR attention. Otherwise, there may be a situation where many girls like me will be offended.

I'm a regular customer of Bhima. I visited Trivandrum MG Road show room on 11/8/21 to buy a Gold Coin weighing 40 gms. I don't care about the additional money they charged for card payment though it is illegal. But the behavior of your employee who was in coin section was very rude. Earlier also I faced such unfriendly attitude from this fellow. Whenever I come for buying coin I had been ill treated by this man. I think he has been permanently...

Staff do not answer phone calls. When you go to their store with a fixed budget they do not like it. Staff are more in number though they treat the customer based on the value of the order. Staff are mostly roaming here & there, poking you if your order value is less. Staff doesnot extend the customer service by checking the availability in other stores or place an order in their own factory. Silver section used to be separate & they used to show varieties not anymore. Lady Staff who are rude are made to assist if your purchase price is low. Staf[censored]NNECESSARILY delays @ billing & use too much plastic even if you say NO. Service has to seriously improve!!!

I had purchased gold ornaments such as fancy chain, two bangles n a finger ring in the name of Siddu and Priya on 28th of October. But to my surprise the fancy chain broke into two piece in d place where it was kept within a week of purchase. Now one of d bangles also broke. These ornaments r purchased at ur shivamogga branch. i purchased 4 nose pin on 10/11/2020 between 8 pm to 9 pm at karama, dubai, karama center showroom

as per your team mrs raeena and Mr praveen, given total cost AED 320/- an mr. praveen charged AED 330/-

as per the information from your sales person it shuld void from account, then only can move on transaction, and they informed me within 3 minitus it void amount will get back to my account
as per thir information accepted my second trasaction after that they informed me, it will take 7 to 24 hour

each and every day I am calling your team, for my cash, already had a conversation regarding this issue with showroom manger Mr.sajeesh
he informed me will take 7 days
now 7 days over today at 2 pm i called your team in karama again but they saying that it is my problem
and it will credi with 24 days

as a person who living in dubai, AED330 is big cost, and your customer servoce or floore sales person misleading and lack of knowldge lost My cash

kindly do needful for this issue which i facing now

Bhima Jewellers have no accountability on the money collected based on their scheme
They are not able to produce a receipt. Even on repeated calls and visits they have deaf ears now that the money is with them

I have a gold savings scheme account with them and have been regularly paying the said Rs.5000/- month as investment. They had issues with their bank UTI/Yes Bank have changed ECS. I am been asking for the statement with them from Jan 2020, they have not been able to do so. My fear is that either there is a fraud within and I might get cheated since I see they have lost account of all the deposits possibly.

I had visited in person but they were not able to present the statement and said they it would shared by whatsapp, which has never happened.

I am trying reach them by phone.. I dont get a response too.

Request your help to confirm the ledger and get the Bhima's management that the deposits are intact or else have them returned

This is with reference to the saving acheme availed in your kalyanagar branch Bangalore by my mother who is a senior citizen in Aug 18.

The scheme waa completed in Feb 2020 and the jewellery didn't bother to inform her on the schemebas their standard process.

Secondly, the scheme was not explained to her properly . She has taken the scheme as the gold will be added on the day she has remitted cash each month.now, we are given to understand it is only the amount that cumulates and not the gold. This has been the scheme in all other other jewellers like Alice.. malabar.. etc from years .

I want my mother to get justice in this regard. She will incurring a huge loss now as the gold rate has increased highly.

I may have to approach the consumer form if my mom doesn't get any favorable rewponse.

The staffs doesn't not have proper knowledge of products and discounts, they want their own benefit, no care about customers, we would have closed our gold scheme on the day we went when gold price was low, but they gave us many false promises on offers and made us buy on anniversary offer..ie the highest cheat...Before closing the scheme, it is closed and made us buy with high price..

I am buying jewels from bhima jewelers since many years. Being a regular customer i have always opted their jewels saving scheme.
Today's incident really made me upset and i feel they are not at all fair to their regular customers.
I had placed an order for mangalya chain...

Staff are not disclosing the exact rate per gram and making charges to the customers. At the time of booking, they tell 17% making charges for old design chain. But while delivery they charge 17.75%, which will be hidden from customers. And for old design mogapu, there is separate making charges of 23.75%, which they call it as 23% of making charge....

I could receive 5nos. Golden jackpot coupons from your thiruvalla branch as i have purchased gold ornaments from your shop. Recently i telephoned to the shop and inquired about the status of the lucky draw even the date hasn't mention in that coupon. I got an information from the shop that the lucky draw has already over and the prizes have been distributed. I would like to complain that this activity was really disappointed and there was no any transparency in your draw. How you can prove that the offered 3333 gms of gold has been rewarded. There was neither any information about the draw nor any news in the leading dailies. Kindly clarify me the reason to avoid complaint to the consumer redressal forum.

Such a wrost jewellery shop in bangalore. The executives are manner less and shout on customers if you do not buy after seeing. Never experienced these kind of behaviour anywhere in any kind of shopping. I will not come to this shop and will never refer anyone in lifetime to this shop. The management should take stringent action towards this or train the executive to behave nicely with customers even though they do not buy the product.

I am purchasing gold and silver for the past 5 to 6 years and recently before two days i bought silver braclet and today i went to alter the braclet with the gold smith. I enquired for the parking and he advised me to park in the basement since it was late for my office. Once am done with the parking i went to inform to the manager regardny my parking and the reply from the manager is

We cant tc o[censored]r bike, who asked to enquire with the security. Regarding the parking u should ask me not the security with a rude tone.

I need the solution for this.

We have ordered 2 rings for our engagement on October 11th, they called on 25th October that the order is done when we went there and found it was not at all fitting my fingure they have made it 1 size less, so unfortunately we are forced reordered it, with a promise of giving it to us within a week, today date is 09th Nov and am still waiting for my ring, When we call them they are very carelessly says that they are unsure about when are they going to get the ring, and next week is my engagement i am still not sure whether i ll have my ring for my engagement, such a service does BHIMA has?? They are not ready to refund the money also and they are asking us to buy something else for that money, So what we should wear for engagement?? this is how our hard earned money getting wasted in such a jewellery shop.

I purchased a choral gold ring from BHIMA JEWELLERS at HBR Layout. The salesman suggested to take a ring and concluded that the makers have done their jod best in setting the choral. For two months it was good, but suddenly i found that the choral is not there. When I went to the shop back, the salesman's words changed. He said he would put a new choral whose price I have to pay. I found it to be a setting defect but there is no hearing. Now they want to do business with the product. And I am forced to pay the price over and twice.

I have purchased one chain with red sandlewood from Bhima and Brother Bullion P.Ltd., vide their invoice no.GSB27532 dated 28/02/2015.costing 61600/-. Instead of red sandlwood they used impurial material which is making my skin so iching and reddish after wearing in 2/3 days. Actually I am doing my service in DNH(UT) I was returned on March 1st, and I am compaint them on my next visit on 05/04/2015. They happy to take back the chain but will deduct the making charges which will come arround 8000/-. .
