I approached mahaveer through a fake property listing on 99 acrs.com. Showed me a 1 bhk flat and i booked it by giving the token money.
The Flat was under construction and the builder gave the time frame of 3 months.
But it took more than 6 months for the flat to get ready. I had to give rent for 3 extra months. That was still fine but the builder has cancelled the old agreement and asking for more money and mahaveer Singh Tanwar is supporting him.
At the time of booking we agreed on 14 Lakh and I gave 1 lakh as booking amount but now builder is asking for 17 lakh for the same flat.
When I refused for the revised price and asked to return my booking amount. Mahaveer Singh begun to abuse me and threaten to kill me.
Please help me get back my hard earned money from bhk quest.
