Mahaveer Singh Tanwar showed me a flat in chhatarpur extension and arranged a meeting with the builder. We agreed to close the deal in 13 Lakh and 2% commission for the dealer. I gave him the token money of 51 Thousand.

The builder asked me the time of 2 months to renovate the flat but even after 6 months the flat renovation is not completed. He has also taken 2 lakh advance for the renovation.

Now the builder...

My Uncle purchased a flat through BHK Quest. Mahaveer Singh Tanwar almost forced him to buy a flat in bad condition.

My Uncle already given a big token amount which the dealer was not returning so he has to purchase that flat.

Later we found out that the flat is disputed and the matter is in the court....

I approached mahaveer through a fake property listing on 99 acrs.com. Showed me a 1 bhk flat and i booked it by giving the token money.

The Flat was under construction and the builder gave the time frame of 3 months.

But it took more than 6 months for the flat to get ready. I had to give rent for 3 extra months. That was still fine but the builder has cancelled the old agreement and asking for more money and...

I trusted mahaveer singh and he cheated me. Homebuyers never buy a house through BHK Quest otherwise you lose your savings and repent entire life....

Mahaveer singh is very good at convincing homebuyers to buy a flat but unfortunately he is using his skills in cheating people.

His company BHK Quest is builder focused company and it cheats homebuyers by making false promises...

Mahaveer Singh, the owner of BHK Quest is not a reliable person. He makes false promises and then back out from his words. His only business is to befool homebuyers and cheat their money.

He helps builders sells flats on higher prices and then take a cut and commission from them.

Though he also charge high commission from home buyers but dont do anything for them....

Mahaveer singh of BHK Quest is very wicked and fraud person. I clearly said that I need 3 months to pay the entire amount of 23 Lakh for 2 BHK and he agreed. But now along with flat owner he is pressuring me. I have already given 80% of the amount and still I have not got the possession of the flat.

Mahaveer singh is fraud and BHK is not a reliable agency. He took a big comission and cut from owner for selling the property...

BHK Quest has cheated me. Mahaveer singh, the owner of the company promised me that he will get the flat repaired before shifting, but later he backed out from his words.

He took a big cut and commission from the flat owner and cheated me. Homebuyers beware never rely on BHK Quest and Mahaveer Singh otherwise you we will lose your hard-earned money....

Never trust BHK Quest, it is a fake real estate company. The only goal of the company is to trick Homebuyers by false promises and cheat their hard earned money.

The owner Mahaveer Singh is a very cunning person. He befools people by making fake promises and helps builders in seling properties on higher prices.

Home buyer stay away from this real estate company....
