Bhopal City Link [Bcll] / Mybus Bhopal — 800 Pass is not considering by CNG buses

I used ₹800 monthly pass daily, but CND bus is not considering this, they say, My scanner will not able to scan then this is not valid but how is it possible ₹800 pass is generated by Chalo bus app, Which is not generated by CNG bus app. This not our fault. If scanner is not working. Please solve this issue
