My ticket price was high than normal.

I take a bus from Karnod cho to Beema Kunj, the normal charge is ₹25 but in ticket price is ₹30.
I know there is big problem in bus system, why they charge not me also other peoples more than ₹5, this is not a small issue, you have to solve this as soon as possible.

TR4B buses don't operating

I am a Monthly pass holder of TR4B bus and updowns from mandideep to board office daily.
Some times earlier the last bus from board office to mandiddep came on 8:13 on boardoffice and after some time the bus came early and the time was 7:55 and now the thing is that the last bus is not coming and the last bus depart from boardoffice on 7:30.
But everyone is not able to take this bus like me and paying extra charge daily for...

Regarding the misbehavior of the conductor when I entered the bus I asked him for 2 adult tickets and he took money from me after 3 to 4 minutes taking when I asked him to give me a ticket then he replied I wouldn't run I will give you tickets. Sr8 bus

Sr8 is not running after 7.30 from bairagh to coach factory i use bus to travelling from board office to coach factory but there is no bus travells through the route after 7.45 this is very inconvenient...

Aaj bus no. MP 04 PA 4423 me travel karte waqt jab maine payment kar ticket maanga to bus conductor ne mana kar diya aur gaali dene laga aur maarne ki bhi koshis ki. Bus se utarne ke baad Driver aur Conductor ne maarne tak ki dhamki de di.
please unke khilaf strict action li jaaye.

Complaint about theft of female wallet

I complaint you that Bus number 115 (MP04PA4077) cond I'd CHL40552 on the date of 05/11/2023 after the time 2:39 pm. My wallet has been theft while travelling in the red bus which was overcrowded. I travel daily by TR1 from Sargam talkies stop and the driver of TR1 named Rajendra is so irritating and mannerless
He always misbehaves and abuses everyone every traveller. And one more thing everytime changes route from Ishwar nagar stop he never goes from sevoy stop and because of that every time I face issues. Red bus is not running

I am Nikita pal, From Mandideep (District Raisen), I am a law student. I am using red bus (TR4B) regularly to go to college and Bhopal court. Whose monthly card is also mine. Due to closure of bus, the recharge of bus lass is also becoming useless. Red bus is not running from mandideep to Bhopal. People are also facing problems due to less frequency of Red buses.
