Bhopal City Link [Bcll] / Mybus Bhopal — Bus timings and running

Buses from IISER Bhopa are supposed to be there every ten minutes but recently the routes are often changed last minute, the buses come after 45 minutes, and they refuse to take travelers after some stops. This is causing a lot of issue as this is the only bus service from this region. They keep giving excuses for late timing and waste a lot of time taking breaks. Please look into this and take action.
