Here, I am a school student and avail sr2, seening advertisement in sr 2 about recharge card and i got it and topped up rs300 but the very next they conductor declines the card and say it's only for new buses but nowhere in advertisements and app were stated this clarification not even in T&C, , , , AND ALL ABOVE that rude behaviour of conductor and even abusing me being a student i can't abuse and drop me in high sun then and there and i believe this companies fault and now my 300 rs are stuck in their apps wallet., , I don't how many more people in how many states suffer the same disrespect and loss of money Was this information helpful? |
