My complaints is for 309 bus
There are 7 or 8 buses for the route of barkheda pathani
But because of drivers neglection buses are so late
Buses got gathered in avadh puri thana and bus drivers and conductor spend time there with some fool ideas
Because of very poor behaviour of drivers and conductors people don't wanna talk to these types of people

Sr8 doesn't have any fixed time of departing and no fixed stoppage nowadays and earlier first bus used to come at 6:45 but the first bus nowadays come till 7:30.It's a kind request to you that please make drivers punctual about the time and follow the routine

With this complaint, i wanna raise a concern regarding non availability of bus in the SR-2 route. We have waiting since last 45 minutes. Even ur no.[protected] is not reachable. And the display board is showing ETA=5min sice last 50 min. Plz do the needfull as it is causing a lot of inconvenience to the public.

Pls start another bus in the root of coach factory to bairagarh.there is only one bus b/w these two sr8.In morning n evening time sr8 buses are loaded more than its capacity...you can imagine how much rush in these buses at morning n evening time..5 to 7 persons are hanging on bus gates...pls do something for this root.
