They are talking to staff taking a lot time in making a bus card and not attempting to boys lines only fullfilling the ladies demands even having a seperate lines not even taking the boys forms...please give attention to it ..your country member.. they are taking lot time in making a card.They are taking 45-45minutes to make one bus card .They are not talking properly to us ..they think we are better demanding food in front of them...

I am daily passenger of my Bus but today I m sit from Gengu kheda to roshanpura from SR4 Bus no. MP04PA 3678 conductor Rani Means Misbehave with me & told "Dhakke markar utarunga" what is is this so I request u to please take action.
