I have booked two sleeper seat (Seat no: 17 & 18) of bhopal travel for the journey from indore to pune on 3rd june 2017. Ticket was confirmed for bus time 10:00 pm at pickup point baba kulfi rau. We reach the pickup point at 9:30 & wait for the bus. At 9:52 pm i have called the pickup boy but call not connect, then call to the travel office but call not pick. We have called so many times but call not received by pickup boy/ travel office. Also we not get any call from pickup boy. We have waited until the 12:45 pm at rau stop but our bus not came. Next day i have talked with travel owner regarding this issue, first he was refused my complaint then we have talk with bus driver & some passenger's and confirm that on 3rd june bhopal travel was not stop at rau bus stop & pick up boy not called us. After this travel owner agree to adjust the tickets for next journey. But at 15th august when we call for ticket booking he refused my request & then not received my calls.
