I have booked bus ticket from Bhopal to Rajnandgaon on 25th June 2023, the same evening I got a call from the bus service mentioning about the bus breakdown and so it has been cancelled, I chose to get the refund, the guy agreed. Today is 4th July 2023 I have not received any refund yet, it was not even updated in Paytm portal. When I called them back, the guy agreed that the bus as cancelled and I'll get refund but don't know when.

महोदय में विशाल जाटव 30 मई 2018 को भोपाल ट्रेवल्स के द्वारा भोपाल से इंदौर के लिए 7 बजे रवाना हुआ लेकिन बस अनफिट होने के कारण रास्ते में 2 बार ख़राब हुई जिसके लिए कंडक्टर से कई बार बात की लेकिन उसने किसी भी तरह का उचित जबाब देना मुनासिव न समझा और मिसबिहेव करने लगा यहाँ तक की बस को भोपाल से इंदौर तक ओवरलोड करके लाया गया जिसके चलते यात्रियों को कई प्रकार की कठिनाइयों का सामना भी काटना पड़ा। जहा भोपाल से इंदौर पहुचने का टाइम कंडक्टर द्वारा 10 बजकर 30 मिनिट बताया गया था वह भी पल पल बढ़ने लगा और मुझे 11 बजकर 50 मं पर इंदौर उतारा गया ।

अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि भोपाल ट्रेवल्स की भोपाल तो इंदौर चलने वाली बस पर कार्यवाही कर उचित दंड दे।

I have booked two sleeper seat (Seat no: 17 & 18) of bhopal travel for the journey from indore to pune on 3rd june 2017. Ticket was confirmed for bus time 10:00 pm at pickup point baba kulfi rau. We reach the pickup point at 9:30 & wait for the bus. At 9:52 pm i have called the pickup boy but call not connect, then call to the travel office but call not pick. We have called so many times but call not received by pickup boy/ travel office....
