Sir,
This is to inform you that i live at ga-382, shailashree vihar, bhubaneswar. The septic tank of my neighbor sri mohanty of ga-381 overflows to the front of my house regularly for the last six months & creates foul smell and pollutes the healthy environment. Several times, i have requested mr. Mohanty to mend it suitably, but to of no avail.
Recently, i again called him and exhibited the sewerage water overflow, but he, instead, never bothered to rectify the leakage.
I personally request you to intervene and advise mr mohanty for a remedial measure at the earliest.
