Hello sir/Mam.
I am from Aurobinda nagar, C.S. Pur. There are too many dogs in our lane i.e. Road no.-3. They all make a group and bark the whole night outside our house. So, please catch them and take them to a better place leaving only 1. Here everyone is troubled by their bark and some are also putting boiling water on them So, Please catch them.

2months back BMC constructed new textured block road. Because of misalignment of road level water is not passing to the predefined passage, rather it's getting blocked infront of plot 6158/1670. This is causing lot of communication and health issues as rainy season is ongoing.
This road work should be reallighned on immediate basis and corresponding contractor should be penalized.

I wish to draw your kind attention to the problem of stray dogs in my locality. I Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the ITER college, SOA University and have my accomodation in Lane 4 just outside the campus. In my locality (particluarly Lane 4 road), there are lots of stray dogs (more than 10 dogs) that continue to bark and chase bikes and cars every now and then. Clearly, this is not only scary but also dangerous for the residents living in that locality.

Kindly take relevant steps to catch these stray dogs by using dog catcher squads so that the residents can live peacefully and without any fear.

Hello sir Iam a common recident of Baramunda Housing board colony, Here in my colony alone 10dogs are living and causing lot of problem to us commoners, They chase after bikes causing them to fall and injured, They tend to attack anyone in Early morning, They have damaged so many people's vehicle. They howl at late night causing impossible to sleep in night peacefully. Please send dog catchers to my colony, Which is just aside to Fish market, Near Crpf 4no gate. Sir, we live in BARAMUNDA housing board colony near fish market (m-81 street) here alone 7-8 dogs are living and making difficult for us normal citizens to live daily life, these dogs go after 2wheelers and make them fall causing accidents, last week a kid was attacked by bunch of them, at night these dogs howl won't let us sleep peacefully, they take out the garbage from nearest dustbin and scattered them all over the place making our colony unhygienic to live, please do something about it, 🙏🙏

The road from Maharishi college to Vision care does not have street lights....

Door to door Garbage collection is being not being done regularly from Plot 17, ARCHANA VIHAR, Khandagiri. Since last six months, I have raised more that fifty complaints for the same, but the improvement in the garbage collection. Is there anyway the garbage can be collected everyday?

BMC managed garbage collection vehicle playing music beyond decibel lavel, Music played is extremely loud for people to sleep in the morning.
This is causing health issues for senior citizens in Jagannath Vihar ( ward 20 ) area.

I stay near state administrative tribunal on the chakk there is a hotel that throws food out, from tribunal to kalu pada seka ghat thirty street dogs have made this area dirty by littering .They even enter into gates .Request you to take the street dogs away immediately .

Respected Sir/Madam I Subit Kumar Behera presently residenting at satay vihar, po-rasulgarh, bbsr wants to inform you that in our locality no of street dogs has been increased due to which local people unable to go outside at night.They come in group and bites some of them and also we unable to sleep at night as whole night they bark loudly. And creating many more problems. Kindly take some action.

Tender had been floated in March'2021for construction of approach road in Milan Paradise(Arya Vihar ph-2) and understood that road contract has been finalised and awarded. Long time has passed and no work has been started yet. Want to know, when the work is likely to commence. President, Milan Paradise Owners' Welfare Society.

There is no proper near drainage near my building and since last 10 days I have seen water getting logged in street/colony and getting inside our compound and house too. Before 3 years my car was damaged and had to bear 75000 due to water logging.

I don’t see any action being taken as of now and this is an serious concern as we are calling Bhubaneswar as smart city.
I hope this complain needs to looked upon as soon as possible.

This is to bring into your notice that the garbage isn't collected regularly here in Sriram city(near bhagat sandhan) Rasulgarh.
The people assigned for the job visit our colony once in 3-4 days. In awake of dengue cases santitary conditions are most important.
Please kindly look into this matter.

We are facing very much problem as bad water is coming out from sewage smelling very bad. Now it comes into our house so please resolve this problem anyhow.
We have complaint the sewage problem the people from sewage also come and see what happened but they have not done anything. And only asking for money for to drink tea and water and showing that they have done their work.

Sir, My neighbour is wasting lots of water by keeping the BMC water connection tap open. Water is getting mixed with drain water and overflowing on the road. It is becoming a health hazard and grooming ground for mosquitoes. Kindly take some action on him.

Here, many workers come with their cart to collect garbage but they don't collect it from some households being biased which leads to disposal of garbage on a playground.

Plot no - 179, Sahid Nagar has been un authorized rooftop, non approval 1st floor side construction, un authorized road side iron structure made by house owner & domestic building rent to commercial porpoises.

URGENT ASSISTANCE FROM MENACE OF STREET DOGS AT NIGHT .We are residents of Old Town kedar gouri vihar facing a very severe problem of pack of dogs barking and barking throughout the night making it impossible to sleep or have office meeting (as everything's work from home). Our plot number is 183/2035. Could we please register a formal request for the dogs to be picked up from here and sterilised.
They have made it impossible over the last few months barking all night from 7 PM TO 4 AM.

The BMC drain near house no-37, bivab estate, Ward no.51 of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation is heavily choked on every 6 months in every year since last few years. As it has been doing by paying money to the private person to solve the issue Once removing clearing chocked water issue got solved for 6 months . This time Bivab estate needs a permanent solution either by cleaning the drainage water by every 6 months on regular interval or extend the work of drainage water work which was stopped in between .Due to chocked drainage, Very slow water is passing. Houses near it are getting water logged and drain water coming on the road. Already logged a complaint in Bhubaneswar me, not yet any resolution as drainage water issue is an emergency service where as complaints no [protected] is still not attended .Several complaints has been lodged since last yr, but no action yet .

I Sri Rabindra kumar Sahu, bring to your notice that the dreanage water of Sri Amit goswami whose house in front of my house, comes all through out the day so also through out the year from his swearage.
Which creates an onhealthy situation by logging of drainage water which gives a bad smell to my house.

So I request you please register it is an complaint & make an inquiry immediately.

The house tenants who reside behind our house are wasting ground water so much so that there is accumulation of water all around the house. Its really sad and worrisome to see so much water getting wasted daily. The address is Gopaluni Nagar, Badagada.

Hi, i am residing at k4/414, kalinga bihar. Here i notice, the garbage collector and road cleaning staff are coming once in a week. People are facing very difficulties and end of the day people are throwing the garbage here and there. And when i tried speaking them about this, their behavior was very rough. I urge bhubaneswar municipal corporation to take immediate action on this matter. What is the point of swachha bharat abhiyaan then if we are not in a clean city that to inside capital. Thank you

The Street Light near Mainisia Khala, BJB Nagar - Ward No.56 is out of order since a week and till date it has not been repaired for which the public and the residents are facing many difficulties. So, we request you to get it done as soon as possible.

The bhubaneswar municipal authorities have prohibited throwing of hard waste materials on the road or roadside areas. Despite this, the local school employees of a blind & deaf school at lane no.5, durga madhav nagar, bharatpur under ward no.22 are dumping huge quantity of hard waste materials in a plot in front of their school. This is is creating pollution hazards for the local residents.
I request you to please lift these materials immediately and provide them boxes or containers for dumping waste materials henceforward. They also must be cautioned to act responsibly to maintain environmental cleanliness

Street lights are not working at geeta khetra ; beside jagannath temple pandra, po-751025 after the cyclone fani, no one came for the repair of street lights. Snakes are present in large no.in this locality.. Nearly 30 families depend on this route. There is need for another electric poles. Thefts are common in this area. People are living in a fearful enviroment. Please respond to the complain as soon as possible. Several complains have been given by our ward members but till now not repaired.

Please help us... We are the common people of bhubaneswar. We live in unit 9 flat bhoinagar, bhubaneswar, 751022 odisha.in our city a large no. Of street dogs are roaming... They tend to attack every 2 wheels traveller in the morning in huge numbers.in the group of 8 to 10 they used to roam and bite everyone who comes in their way. We even cannot protest them as then they do severe damage by biting... Need to get rid of them... They even excrete in huge amounts everywhere.

Sir we are staying at kanan vihar phase ii, plot no 570, patia near la lawn but some one toilet water flow to road daily and he is not listing our complian, we can not come out due to bad smell. His toilet choke every 5 days and it kept like this for another 10 days. Inspite of our regular request he is not caring and talk very badly. For this also we are facing various health problem

Roads are not in good condition in chakeisiani near trinath mandir from last 1.5 years and it is horrible to take children's to school and difficult to drive in road and much more horrible in rainy season to go outside and in smart city like bhubaneswar citizens never expect this kind of roads and no body is also attempting to repair it.

Please repair roads as soon as possible
