Sir we are staying at kanan vihar phase ii, plot no 570, patia near la lawn but some one toilet water flow to road daily and he is not listing our complian, we can not come out due to bad smell. His toilet choke every 5 days and it kept like this for another 10 days. Inspite of our regular request he is not caring and talk very badly.
