I purchased a five dresses (kurti's) from BIba Insia website. I also requested that the return policy be extended until the 17th of December as I was overseas. Upon my return on the 17th of December I promptly tried the clothes and found 4 of the 5 dresses of poor quality and not worth the price. After numerous attempts i managed to return the products but now they are refusing to issue a refund to my bank account.
They want me to accept a e-voucher or an exchange for the products when I clearly stated I am unhappy with the quality of the clothes for the price paid. This company os now harrassing me by refusing to provide a refund to the bank account despite returning the product.
