I had to return four items (6, 500 rupees) as they didn’t fit back in Nov22. They received these returned goods in Dec22.

Without giving any justified reasons. They have decided not to refund my return. So they have the retired items and my money. This is a day light robbery.

Please help with this. I have sent them numerous emails roughly 50. But same answer that we have...

I have returned two products that I have ordered from Biba. The tracking is also showing that it is delivered but they are not refunding my amount and only raising a tt without even informing me when it will be resolved. I cannot just donate my amount to them. My order number is 23362969...

I purchased a five dresses (kurti's) from BIba Insia website. I also requested that the return policy be extended until the 17th of December as I was overseas. Upon my return on the 17th of December I promptly tried the clothes and found 4 of the 5 dresses of poor quality and not worth the price. I purchased a suit set from BIBA India online site . Money has been deducted, I have got the receipt. The delivery boy called and said that he has submitted my parcel at apartment’s mail room . When I went to collect it, the mail room doesn’t have any entry of this parcels submission neither do they have any parcel . I need my money back immediately. Order no. 14153925....

Purchased one dress from boba india online, because of size issue I have returned the product. But now they are not refund the money. I told them so many times that I dont want to buy again but still I am not getting my refund. I dont understand why they dont want to refund the money, spoke to customer service so many times but no positive response
