Sub: correction of name in the receipt of the property tax
Sir,
This is to inform you that we regularly pay our yearly property tax for our flat (Address: holding no: as/32/f/bl ‘n’, mouza kaikhali. Natural heights (Phase – 1); block -3, flat no: 1a; 137, kazi najrul islam avenue (Vip road); p. O: air port; kolkata – 700 052). The annual receipt contains the names of both my wife and myself. For the last two years, since the dues were automatically paid to the hdfc bank ltd. By 3mc transaction id no.[protected], where the spelling of my wife’s name is as per mutation certificate but the same is wrongly spelt in my case. It should be changed from: mritunjoy bhattacharya as indicated in the receipt to mrittunjay bhattacharyya as it appears in the mutation certificate for all future transactions. Copy of the same is enclosed.

This is to inform you that we regularly pay our yearly property tax for our flat (Address: holding no: AS/162/B2-F/09-10, mouza Jyangra., Flat no: 4A; BA -11 Deshbandhu Nagar, Baguiati; kolkata – 700 059). The annual receipt contains the names of both my wife and myself. For the last few year, when we are paying the property tax by online, the name of one of the Assessee Amita Kar is wrongly mentioned as Anita Kar. We therefore request you to rectify the same .
Copy of Mutation Certificate is enclosed herewith for your kind perusal.
