Sir,
I am a resident of kamal park road, gauranganagar, krishnapur, kestopur. Throughout the whole night, there are many dogs roaming on the streets. They bark and fight all the night even cry loudly which disturbs our midnight sleep. They mess (Poo) every where in the locality and spread the waste every were which spread smell all around the locality.
Please look after this problem.

We are facing lots of problem due to commercial activity in our residential area. They are doing lots of noise activity as we can not sleep at night and morning as well. They are using the vacant spaceas toilet. Air pollution and sound pollution they are creating everyday. Need your support to stop this activity. This is the mayfair banqueet. They have maked a kitchen room infront our house and the are making sound noise everyday. When they arrange any program at that time this noise reach in extreme stage. Severel time we have protest against this activity but they are giving threatening. They are saying whatever they are doing with take permission by police of we have any complain against the same then talk with local police. Several time we have contacted baguiati police over the phone and raise our complaint to them. But still we are not getting any response still they are doing this type of activity. Request to you please visit our place then you can see what kind of situation is here. Bad smell is spreading from their kitchen room and vacant place to entire area.
Sir /madam need your support to resolve this problem as before 1 month already i have raised this complain to this site but still we do no get any response.
Please look this matter.

I'd like to bring to your notice the pathetic condition of the passageway of building no. Cd 239.

It has become the breeding ground of mosquitoes (Dengue) and flies, which has become totally unhygienic and unhealthy to live nearby.

They are using the passageway for bathing, washing clothes, dish-washing and many other filthy things. Besides, rubbish and garbage - kura kachra is always lying on there. Not cleaned for months.

Water filled drums, buckets are kept in the open, making it a breeding ground for mosquitoes and becoming disastrous for the entire block.

As a good samaritan, i am writing this to bring to your knowledge.

Government is taking lot of steps to keep the places clean and free from dengue and other diseases. But these people are nuisance creator and not supporting government initiative.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take action as you deem fit.

The builder is constructing g+4 floor building on a 1.5 kotha plot. Due to overloaded immense pressure of 5 floors, have damaged our road (Which is nearly 4ft). The building do not have any free surrounding space. We have protested against them but not worked. They are probably blessed with local councillor, so they do whatever they want. There is a high chance of collapsing the construction, which could harm the nearby buildings also. It's a humble request to government to stop this construction. Address: r. G. Recently some ruffians have taken over the parking spaces near rabindra okakura bhavan on both sides of the road near a construction site. They are charging rs. 20/- per hour and showing a document authorising them to do so by bmc. Earlier the parking attendants were well behaved and charged rs.10/- per hour for car parking. Kindly clarify the rates and look into the matter.

A good no. Of local people of hatiwara/baguiati jangra are now using the newly constructed bridge of new town hatiwara connected under ward no. 13 of b. M. C. But due to kanchha road specially in rainy season the passase is full of water, citizen of this area are badly sufferer, sometimes causes accidents.in last 30 years there is no remarkable development shown except this bridge which may provide increase the development activities. Drainage system this area are too poor. Water logging is common factor hence so many plot holders still not complete their house due to lack of drainage and road facilities. Local representative also informed but no result. Mosquitos and abnoxicious smell create a great problem to stay in this place. Hope, take action by the authority.

The jamadar uttam in db block did not collect garbage yesterday and day before. Upon asking him why he did not collect, he said that others pay him monthly money to collect garbage and i don't. I need to understand from you if i need to pay. He is neither regular nor does his duty properly. The street is cleaned once a week probably. Our earlier jamadar use to do it daily. There is no fix time of garbage collection either and it can happen any time between 6 to 9 am.

I would like to draw your attention towards me (Ashish jain, a tmc supporter), that i had booked a stall in bidhannagar mela ground karunamayee stall no. Gr2 but due to my accident i can't take part in that exibition and for that i already submitted a letter in your office on 1 december and your officer give me a cancelation slip and stamp on it and assured me that it will cancel in 2days but till now after 20 days my stall is marking red and your officer mr. Banik and other officer is not talking properly to my dad. I am still now not in a position to walk properly.
I harmly requested you to cancel my stall gr2 as soon as possible and refund the entire amount because it will help me in my medical treatment.
Please look forward this matter seriously and do take action on this and your officer too. I am getting fed up and if required can complain directly to our honorably cm mamta didi.

Dear sir,
This is to request to unblock the footpath from derozio college to kalipark in 211 rajarhat main road, rajarhat gopalpur, bidhan nagar corporation. The footpath is totally blocked by construction matrial/car parking /dust/sands/stone/bricks. I have gone through an accident bacause of this blocked footpath. The footpath is exist but it is no use because of blocked and not maintained. The common people is fear to walking into this area. I would request you please take proper actions to unblock and clean footpath.

I have a flat at 'nirman kunj' at kestopur, christian para, kol-102 near 'krishna height' flat. My flat no is a/2. Builder's name is bikash mondal. My neighbor is constructing illegal vertical expansion of his house upto 2nd floor without giving sufficient space as per norms and for this reason security of my flat will be highly hampered and it will be highly unhygienic due to sufficient light and air.
My humble request is to stop this construction immediately and let me live in healthy environment.

I am a resident of ha 221 and i would like to bring to your notice that the residents of house no. Ha 258 have dumped garbage comprising of various discarded items in the backyard of their house. It does not only smell but has also become a birthing ground for mosquitoes since water gets stored there whenever it rains.
The place of the dump is such that my bedroom windows open towards it and there has been a recorded increase in mosquitoes in my house.
I have repeatedly requested the residents of ha 258 to clean the garbage but they have not paid heed. Infact, they had employed construction labourers a few days back who, after finishing their work had cleaned the discarded construction materials, but not the dumped garbage. Therefore, i request the authorities at the municipality to kindly appoint someone to clean the garbage or order the residents of ha 258 to get it cleaned.
I hope you will act on this complaint as soon as possible as the situation is turning into a health hazard with every passing day.

Yesterday my car got into a hole in the road side of ae block canal side. It was a big open hole in which one of my car tire was stuck in. I had to ask locals their to help me out by lifting the car. One of the local said that this hole is now there for years and wheels getting stuck their is common. I demand a solution for the hole so that any car in future don't have to face any problem.

We the residents of dream excellency complex, gopalpur rajarhat near kalipark crossing [near kalimandir] [opposite to electro value shop] are facing difficulties entering the lane to the complex in the car as right at the tip of the lane there are three hawkers standing selling puchkas, vegetables & fruits making it really difficult to enter the lane.
Sir, the main road which connects to this lane is a very busy lane with frequent passing by if bus number 91c, 217 & 217a. Further, it can be hazardous for customers to these hawkers which makes it even more risky for drivers as even a small collide will back fire on us. Request you to take some action as it is very risky and is causing lot of inconvenience.

Building is situated at keshtopur 3 no camp, samar dey sarani, word no - 26, named gayatri apartment. It's back side is totally jungle and lots of garbege which creates unhealthy environment. Due to heavy jungle, there is chance of dengue. Please take some steps to clean up it and create one healthy environment. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

The road condition between Kestopur Ghoshpara Kali Temple and Chandiberia Power House is in a horrible condition due to underground water pipe laying for the past few months. Please repair immediately or else people will suffer during the rainy season. A major accident is waiting to happen.

People have already been suffering for many months as the road is frequently clised off. The current condition of the road makes it extremely dangerous for pedestrians and 2 wheelers. Also the narrow road is unusable at parts now which is causing huge congestions whenever a 4 wheeler enters.

Hi,

Since the last few months, we at ae block, on the lane from tank no 4 to laketown foot bridge, esp towards the end of the lane, near foot bridge, are facing acute issue with the sweepers who are supposed to clean the streets outside the houses.

The cars are parked there and the sweepers are refusing to clean, even when we tell them that we will remove the cars. Its become a huge menace and the area resembles like a mini waste land now.

Also, its been 3 days since the storm has come, and no one has removed the broken trees from the roads!!

Its such an active road, and having it blocked by trees it causing a lot of issues, not to say it looks pathetic. Atrocious service is an understatement.

Please request the authorities to wake up from their slumber and get these things in order. Its an eye sore to see the roads like this in front of our houses.

I got my mutation done in Rajarhat Gopalpur Municipality in year 2014 when BMC was not formed.

But i could not pay the tax at that time.

Now the BMC official says i have to submit all mutation documents again to enlist my name as a tax payee.

Please guide if you have any information on the same. As I have already got my mutation done by submitting all documents & fees that was needed at that time, how is it legally correct to ask for all the documents all over again.

I had repeatedly approached the municipal offices located at chandrani, bablatala and BMC office at FD block & also in AC block saltlake, kolkata. But i was asked to come later after a few months.

Now they are asking for all the documents again which is nothing but harassment to me.

I am ready to pay late fine but they are not ready to accept my mutation document as a valid document.

My parents who are senior citizen has visited the corporation several times and also have written mails to bidhannagar municipal corporation as i am out of kolkata but unfortunately there was no reply from them.

There is vacant land which isn't maintained and is a sort of jungle just adjacent to our complex ideal enclave which is located at rajarhat main road, gopalpur (Opposite of derozio college).
It is a free breeding ground for mosquitoes and a dengue menace for the complex and the entire locality. We have tried pest control in our complex too but is of absolutely no use. The adjacent un-maintained land is a great risk to us as many residents has been affected with dengue.
We shall be highly obliged if you kindly help us regarding this issue.

The the approach road from sbi learing center to nicco park connector (Block-hc, sector-3) is being dumped by beautification of road material dumping for the last three months or more. This created lot of inconvenience to the public residing both side of the road as well daily commuters. Due dump of sand many accidents has already been occured. Corporation need to resolve this issue immediately.

Dear sir,

The liquor shop at ae market owned in the name of a famed late cricketer is a nuisance for the residents of block ae and other blocks in the nearby vicinity since liquor is easily available to the servant staff of the residents.

Cheap spurious liquor like "bangla" etc is also reputed to be sold from this stop. Needless to add the staff of the shops in ae market is also patronising this shop which grossly is adding to the woes of the residents.

There needs to be a law in vogue whereby no liquor selling should take place within the premises of residency complex. Presence of a liquor vendor here is detrimental for a congenial atmosphere in any residential complex.

May i request your good office to move this out of the residency complex to a market area like in the vicinity of city centre where are two liquor vendors are already in existence.

An illegal and unauthorised construction is going on near by my house. Under bidhannagar coropararion. Address: krishnapur mondalpara, near ankur club, back gate of bhawani allen enclave kolkata-700102

An illegal g+3 building construction without valid documents. The construction is now going and they are not maintaining proper bidhan nagar corporation rule as well, please look up to the matter as soon as possible.

We, the residents of natural heights, 137 v. I. P. Road, kolkata-52, would like to inform you that we have a swimming pool which is kept inoperative since the year 2004. Now it has been turned into a very dirty dustbin with accumulation of rain water wherein all rubbishes are dumped by our society executives for some ulterior motive, and because of this fact, this has become a very ideal place for breeding of mosquitoes. We have complained the matter to our society executives, but no effect.

Under the circumstances and present ongoing dengue attacks vastly, we are in severe fear & danger of this disease, and as a result your kind intervention is required urgently for an immediate remedial action.

Kindly do the needful accordingly.

The problem is, parking of private vehicles on the narrow lane of our locality. I am writing about the situation of the lane in which i reside only, may be this is a problem in many other lanes too. These vehicles are purely commercial vehicles – the owners of these vehicles are earning by making business through these vehicles and they cannot keep them in any garage against a rent, but keeping them on the govt. Roads free of cost and creating so much of inconvenience to the residents of the locality. Sir, the owners, who are doing this nuisance are the residents of this road/lane only and are our neighbours and due to that reason, the residents become very much hesitant to go into a tussle with them in anticipation of deteriorating neighbourhood relationship with them.
But, sir, the vehicles are kept in such a fashion on the road that, no vehicle can enter the lane, especially in emergency situation like that with an ambulance or any other vehicle with aged/children/patient.in many occasions, we have to get down outside the lane and have to walk to our home with the bag and baggage etc.
Sir, i can mention registration nos. Of some particular vehicles which are continuously making such problems – wb-07j-2290 (Owner resides at be-29/13, ground floor, front flat), wb-25g-6168 (Owner resides at be-29a), wb-26k-2979, wb-06p-0784 (Owner resides at the ground floor of be-29/10). There is another person named sri samrat ghoshal residing at be-29/14, this person is a dealer of old cars and motorcycles – he brings the old used cars and motorcycles and keep them on this public road/lane for months – sells to the purchasers on this road/lane only, making loud noise of arguments etc. While bargaining for price; after sale of a vehicle, he brings another car and parks on this road/lane, he is the person responsible for allowing the other vehicles named above to park their vehicles in this lane. Due to him, the lane has become an illegal old car bazaar.

My self samrat bhakat, resident of jhawtala road (Word no. 11), behind loknath mandir under bidhan nagar municipal corporation since last 7 years.
Since last more than 1 month, in front out building durga apartement, drain is not being cleaned and due to this water is not passing through.
This is become a serious issue in our area. Mosquito is breading and due to this many people is suffering from dengue.
On behalf of all resident i request you to arrange for cleaning of drains and resolve the issue.
