Big Bull Traders Chennai — Auto Trading Software Installation Not completed and Not Responding to Calls or Messages

KIndly note i had purchased Auto trading software seeing claims made on Big Bull Traders You Tube channel . I had purchased Package Mentioned below

Package 1
AFL cost: 12, 500 Rs
Robo and Data : Rs 2500/Month

With 7 days paper Trade ie 37 days for initial testing and upgrade to lifetime license within 10 days if i am getting results shown on you tube channel .

I had paided Rs 15000 on 3rd Sept as per above for package 1 cost to bank account details mentioned below :

Same night friday 3rd Sept he installed the software but license was not activated for some reason and said he will configure paper trading and my broker acoount on Monday for time being i can learn from video he shared on 4th sat . When i checked on 5th Sunday the amibroker software which was installed was not opening due to license issue and robo software also expired .

i started following up for support and configuration on Monday but didnt get any respond to messages or call . Tuesday 7th Finally he messaged that he had lost his phone and that he will help me and i informed him about the issue that both software there is license issue . For robo software he extended the license to 90 days but of no use as main signal generating amiboker software had license issue .

Now since tuesday i am messaging him and calling him for support and installation but no response i am getting . This is highly unprofessional conduct once you selling a product and once payment is done you dont provide any support or even make software work once . As basic professional courtesy response to messages and calls can be done and inform when available etc .

Fortunately i came across similar complaint by other customers in past who have gone through same pain . Its really frustrating to followup and wait for somebody to complete what they have been paid for already .

I would like to share my experience to others who shall not fall prey to such claims made by these companies on You tube . Beware of Big Bull Traders Chennai team . Once payment is made you shall be running after them for support and even software can stop anytime.

Thankfully to God i didnt pay for Package 2 ( Rs 25000 ) as other customers had done earlier .

I expect full refund of Rs 15000 payment made to them as i cannot keep following up for service anymore.
