[Resolved]  Big Bull Traders Chennai — Purchase ROBO and Amibroker software on 11th June2021 not working

Dear Sir,

Big Bull Traders Chennai is a fraud company. They show their Videos on Youtubes on Papertrading mode and show that they are doing Live Trade.
I had brought a package of Amibroker charting software and ROBO which cost me Rs.25000/- after taking this money which I had paid through RAZORPAY payment gateway on[protected].

Now my ROBO and Amibroker carting both are not in running condition. Even they have not connected my Alice blue Account with ROBO.
So I want if They are not interesting to help us in this regard kindly refund our money and don't full to the customer.
If I had seen this previous complaint i would never buy this product from this man Called Mr.Aswath and Prakash
