I have ordered for some items in big fashion sales website, I paid amount of Rs.997 through cashfree payment. But I didn't get any response from the company side like they didn't send tracking ID and they didn't confirm the date of delivery. Kindly help in getting refund. Was this information helpful? | 
I have not received any information from them for delivery of products.
Some peoples have uploaded videos that the above website is fraud & involved in illegal activities & collected lacs of money fraudulently
From such videos, it is quite clear that the contents of such website are totally false
I think that there is no mechanism developed by the Govt. Of India to stop such illegal activities and it is more easy for defaulters to upload fake contents on Google and peoples trust each & every information which was uploaded on Google.
It is very disappointing and especially very shameful for us and invasion of privacy of citizens.
Now the main issue how the affected peoples can get their refund of thier hard earned money & how to stop culprits to not to pulish such fake contents on internet and punish them.
