Subscribed to big laundry chennai (subscriptioin ID vxu2) with name rohitmb52.
The subscription gives us 4 (weekly once) pick up of clothes and delivery.
But the company as far has only provided 1 pick up after many follow ups over the call.
After that due to floods all other 3 pick ups were cancelled.
Now if we contact the customer care they are telling to renew subscription by again paying 2000+ subscription charge.
Till now we have only given 36 clothes but the subscription was of 280+ clothes.
The customer service here is pathetic. They even dont even respond to emails and calls we make.
The company is robbing the customers. This issue is not only with us with other customers also.
