Hi
1) I signed up for the service it took 10 days as advertised for them to pick up cloths
2) I decide to try their 3 time 30 item free trail.
3) The driver called twice to figure out the location (I was in a meeting at 1pm)
4) Delivery was delayed I did not mind but I did get a SMS
5) When they delivered 2 days later they picked up the second lot on the 7th
6) Got sms twice saying can't deliver due to delay in route it is 11th since I did not get delivery I called their 800 # they guy promised that it will be delivered today it is 8pm 11th I doubt they will do it today. Hope to get my cloths back
7) I hope I can get my money back without much delay, but I doubt that will be case
Bad service, quality of ironing is average, delay in delivery 100% of time.
