I am a loyal bigrock customer since 7 years and one product (single domain windows hosting) which was not supposed to renew, auto renewed and now they are saying they will not refund the money when they clearly have a 30 day money back policy and when asking the customer service reps they say it is only for new order and renewals are not purchases. Absolutely horrific experience and a third class web host. Much better to use other web hosts who at least value their long time customers.

I registered a domain through BigRock India. Already paid for the domain through NetBanking and the money has been deducted from my account. However, BigRock still hasn't handed the domain over to me and continues to demand payment!

I bought a vps from bigrock company. For which i requested a refund for this company, but they flatly refused. While speaking with the chat agent, i was told that there is a money back period for 30 days. Because of which i bought. Whose chat screenshot is also available with me. But despite requesting from bigrock's support team several times over about 1 week that this product is not in my use, please return it. But they are telling me that we will not return. While i am requesting them again and again. Please give me a refund. I am sending you a pdf invoice converted to an image.

Big rock suspended my domain just jow and they are not responding on call or email.

I contacted chat section but they are saying to mail them at [protected]@bigrock.com

After making so many emails also i am not able to get my domain started.

The email id registered with the domain is for the domain itself. So i am not getting the confirmation email also.

Bigrock is such a shame on indian company. I bought the domain thinking that its indian company ee should support them.

But now regreting it supporting indian companies. Because all they know is to do fraud and give # products.

Already have so many domains on godaddy, never had such issue.

Why did i buy from bigrock. God is giving punishment to me for supporting indians.

after reading online I was a bit worried as amount was big but 31817.57 but it was refunded promptly and I really respect they value customer relationships to this extent. and I am a happy customer of big rock from the last 10 years this is not paid post you drop your comment if you want proofs I really like their customer support specially my account key manager Varsha and customer executive I talked with today

Purchased the domain and also the email id of the enterprise business. Support agents gave different nos on the amount of mails that can be sent per day. One said 100 per hour. One more said 500 in one go and not more than 2000 per day. One said 750 in one go. But the max limit per 24 hours is 2000. We are basically into staffing and we do send company mailers. We did let them know the type of mails that is being sent and told that we are not in spamming business. When mails within the limit was sent, they suspended the email id. Before sending mails the emai id's are verified for authenticity. Despite doing this mails bounced. The bouncing of mails is treated as spam. Despite explaining with justification, email id was suspended. When refund of money was asked for, they said refund is not possible. It was a bad experience with bigrock.

I purchased domain and hosting from bigrock named "https://bhsgroups.in".
Website database hacked 2 times in last 6 six months. I also called them for support but didn't get any kind of support from them. Now second time my whole database was flushed. Please help and guide me to take action against them. Below is message that i have got from hacker as warning table in phpmyadmin database.

But 20Gb space is going to full so i Upgraded to unlimited plan by paying amount. after purchase that they not allow to host more than 20Gb files. They asked for purchase new plan of cloud hosting for 2 years then my previous is cancelled and amount will adjusted

I was purchased shared windows hosting from a big rock.when I try to access my database but unable to access my DB in SQL server. For Database purpose we need to use MS SQL Server so when I tried to connect with it first 20-30 minutes no databases display then after it displays blank.
I already talk in live chat as well as generate ticket but those guys always come with irrelative solutions which are not related to my problem also they are not cleary to say that we can not solve your issue.

Big rock does a money back scam where bigrock waits for a customer to cancel a product hoping to get the money back within 30 days as advertised, but then gives the customer neither their money nor the service. This needs to be reported to the income tax office as well as they may have a lot of black money.

I purchased a hosting service on aug 20 2019. It was valid till aug 20 2020.
But bigrock advertised that if i cancel within 30 days ill get my money back. So i canceled it in 20 days as i was having issues from my client not paying me, and after i canceled within the 30 days bigrock neither gave the money back nor did it give the service.

Which means i ended up paying for 1 full year of service but availed the service only for 20 days.

Before canceling the service i checked with their call center. They said nothing about the offer not available on renewals and said yes i can easily cancel and get the money back. When i canceled they said the policy is not applicable to me as mine was a renewal. Bigrock says white lies to trick its customers into canceling and then it gives neither the money nor the service.

Dear sir,

I have purchased bigrock pro hosting order with order id 77958190 on 10/08/2017 and was valid till 9/08/2020.
Due to some error, the order was deleted but no refund was given to me.
When i contacted bigrock support they said, we cannot provide any support and order cannot be restored back.
Now i am not able to host the websites despite paying full amount.

Please help.

I tried to escalate the matter to [protected]@bigrock.com and even their nodal officer [protected]@bigrock.com but there is no response from their end.

Bigrock is cheating its customers big time by fraudulently taking money from its customers and does not provide services.

They are pressing hard for making a purchase again.

I have asked them if technically it is not possible from front end, the order can be restored in its original from by getting the support from backend team. They are simply not helping me by allowing me to host the websites.

I need to host websites immediately but not getting any support from bigrock.

Kindly look into this matter and help resolve the issue at the earliest.

I am highly disappointed by BigRock support that they are cheating its customers and does not provide any response.
Even the Nodal Officer of BigRock is so shameless to acknowledge the email.
How can a customer even think that they will provide support when Nodal Officer despite several reminder emails does not even acknowledged the receipt of the email.

Such a shame on BigRock and its support team.

I have purchased a domain from bigrock through paytm payments bank. The transaction was succesfull and the amount was deducted but it is showing in my bigrock account that payment is still to be made. I have contacted them and they said that the payment did not hit their gateway. Then i have contacted paytm and they have confirmed me that the payment was indeed succesfull and is credited to their bank account . I have contacted them many times but of no use. They are saying the same that the payment did not hit their gateway.

Help me with this.

Bigrock is a big fraud company

I was using hosting services for more then 3 years. Recently my hosting plan has got expired and we aren't able to renew it. Before expiring the hosting we have taken a backup for public_html twice in different system. The reason for downloading twice the file is to make sure our all files and all domain site should be there. But when checked my downloaded folder there are many domain files and folders are completely missing. It does not have any files and folder for the domain name. I have sent mail to them with attached screenshot for their reference.

I asked them to check and let me know why does it happen (Missing from both the downloaded folders.) which shows it has some technical issue from their side.

In the revert mail they have sent me some link with payment of rs. 1180 to pay and download the files again, also they have mention they are not sure if i pay them i will be getting my files properly and that rs. 1180 for one time download link.

Which means purposely they are doing the same to the customer so that they pay each and every time to download their own files. Otherwise how could it is possible to not get files download properly even in two different systems.

Please don't buy domains from bigrock. They are selling your personal data like email and phone number. After registering a domain 2 days before, i get almost 10 calls, 8 sms and 10+ marketing emails from different web development companies in and around noida in 2 days. Still it continues
While i ask about the source of information to those companies, they say that they get it from their partner. Its evident that bigrock is selling consumer data. And that too in a larger level. It has started affecting privacy.

I registered two domains a couple of days back from bigrock. Since then i have received about 15 calls from development/design companies for building my website.

Selling customer mobile numbers is highly unprofessional and also a privacy violation.

The web design companies call at any odd time, when i am busy with my work.

Of course, they should not be calling at all.

Big rock should stop selling the private mobile numbers of their customers, and stop this nuisance.

I purchase a hosting from big rock 3 yearon 05/01/2019 of Rs 4430 but they are so irresponsible not providing any info regarding product and they dont know their manager mail id spl ladies executive of sale they don't know how to talk with costumer.

A few days back i registered a domain with big rock, it is been more than 3 days and i have got around 20 calls for website building. What the hell you guys think of yourself when it comes to consumer data privacy.
Stop earning by selling consumer data.
Every time i am busy with work i get a call or message for website building.
Some of the companies mentioned my domain name and some told me that they are talking on behalf of big rock.
Even after my number is dnd i am getting calls from personal mobile numbers.
I request consumer forum to take an urgent and strict action on this data selling process by big rock.
