I have purchased hosting from bluehost india and working on website.
There was some issue that problem on creating staging enviroment.
I have requested to resolve this issue but their agent has been deleted my live website and i have lost all my data and work.
Our team is working on this website and approx 1 lakh rupees we have expand on this site.

Also at the time of purchasing hosting we also have purchase backup plan on this hosting means we have purchased backup plan also but now they have not backup files for also this website.

When i request this mistake was from which side now they are saying its delted by you.

please take strict action on this case they make fool to people giving backup plan and charging monthly for this and not safe server to store or run your website.

    Email hosting

    I ported to bluehost India for my emails. Ever Since I am getting SPF and DKIm issues and my emails return back whenever I send email especially to Gmail. THere have been numerous times they have asked me to make changes in the domain.
    Every 10-15 days i am asked make the changes . Last time I was asketo make changes in the TXT of the domain, which also I did, however no changes, When i asked for refund, they refused /

    Web Hosting services and refund

    I bought a hosting services from Bluehost India on 20 Jan 2023. There started all my problems. Firstly, the WP domain took more than 8 hours to become active. Secondly several time Publishing a page was incomplete due to cache issue. Then come the Monster! Bluehost.in was not accepting my login credentials. I changed my passkey through the portal still the problems existed, Then came the chatterbox CCE who was teaching me about the difference...

      Hi,

      We had registered our company's website using bluehost server. The dedicated server package promises to provide constant service and yet the server has been down for the last 4 hours. As an e-commerce company, our business is entirely compromised because of bluehost and there is no fast response. The customer care service is not providing a clarifying solution.
      This is not the first time the server has gone down. This has happened multiple times. Who is going to take responsibility for the loss in our business?
      Also, bluehost is refusing to give us the refund.

        I was looking for some help on my domain name to change the file permission. One of the representative helped fixing this few months before. I called them again as i faced similar issue and a guy named kaushik took the call and was very rude and didn't help us and hung up the phone.

        If this is the quality of service we get from bluehost india, i think its time to change and go for a different service provider.

          Respected sir,

          I have facing problem problem in last 7 days, so many times i complaint in support department. He said i founding permanent solution but your side not a single solution found about that problem.

          Everytime call then it will said server issue for loading, sir sever issue is your problem not our problem

          Last 7 days my 6 web application is totally closed, that is totally lose of my business. Who is responsible for my loss.

          I suggest super-wiser to transfer to another server but he says you can leave it but transfer is not possible.

          Please give possible solution for this issue and response as soon as possible.

            I have two business cloud servers with IP's 103.50.163.86 and other one 43.225.54.100

            We have noticed that the first server Cpanel has got upgraded and look and feel was different from what it was yesterday. This also impacted two of our main websites www.getfundednow.in and www.udyamitasamachar.com
            where we are running some huge social media campaigns.

            Initially, you team was not aware of the issue and were putting the issue back to us we did some research and found that our websites are marked different servers instead of our servers. We just spoke with one agent who now confirmed it is a major issue and working on it.

            This black out has happened twice in two-three months and we never expect from the International organization like yours. This is impacting our business in huge way and we may to move to other servers. Even local servers are maintained better than this... we are going to raise this on social media with our problems. I don't think any business likes to have their website down for such a long time.

              I'd ordered a domain and hosting service from bluehost india yesterday thinking it was the same as their international counterpart. But i found it difficult to use so i decided to cancel my order since they provide a 30 day refund. But when i called them they said they will only provide refund for the domain name and not the hosting service. This is just cheating. I want my rs.4693 back. It's hard earned money and they're cheating customers like this

                Respected sir,
                I have a spiritual blog on wordpress.com https://apnishaktipehchano.wordpress.com/spiritual-messages-wallpapers/ i wanted to upgrade it to website as www.apnishaktipehchano.com. i had heard bluehost, a hosting site which does not uses html, linux or other codes. Any layman can make a website. So i clicked www.bluehost.in and started doing step by step and paid for hosting, site lock etc. I paid rs 6877.75 for domain registration, hosting etc. Now when i realized that i had to login to www.bluehost.com through wordpress.org now i want to get refund, now www.bluehost.in is denying refund. I am a first timer and in their refund policy they say that refund to first timer is allowed. Please provide justice. And also see that this website policy are customer friendly or not?

                  Don't buy any product from bluehost. Ye aap ki mehnat ki kmai chori krte hai. Pehele aap ko online bhugtan k liye khe gey. Aur jub aap online pese jmakrwaao gey to aap ke pese le ude gey. Inho ne mera 5500 rs. Chori kr liya hai aur jub bhi inse baat kro to ye ek hi jwab dete hai ki mail kro. Mai pichle ek mhine se inko call kr k aur mails kr k thak gya meri koi payment wapis nhi aai.. To dosto apna pesa bhluhost india mai mat invest krna nhi to aap bhi bus mail krne aur call krne k layek reh jaao gey.

                    Include ssl support (Cost price : inr 747.00) - required if you want to secure your website with an ssl certificate. This is written on their website when you renew your hosting plan.

                    So i thought i was renewing my account and buying an ssl certificate but now they are saying you have bought a dedicated ip but you also need to buy an ssl certificate. Why did not you tell me when i was buying it.

                    Their live chat is not working, their customer care guy says we can't refund you the money so get lost and do whatever you can.

                    This is cheating. See more information on the screenshot.

                    I am going to tweet this to relevel authorities and prime minister of india if necessary. These companies should not be allowed in india.

                      We are Gorakhpur Times News Network, we would like to share with all customers or probable customers of Blue Host India that if you are thinking o[censored]sing them as your hosting partner than its a biggest mistake. This is entirely a fake company and all the promises they make on the website that has too many hidden conditions which you come to know after paying them. First they are not a Part of Actual Blue Host .Com they are a separate company bluehost.in so let us make sure that their services are no where near the actual bluehost. Infact they dont have their server ever they are simply a reseller of "hostgator" so you are purchasing hostgator server in the name of BlueHost and you are being charged for actual bluehost server. Few months back we had purchased a VPS with them and just after 2 weeks we started facing issues of downtime, when we complained they said you have some issues with your wordpress website go for optimisation and we spent 30k for wordpress optimization and we again faced the same issue. Than they suggested us to change the script and we moved to Joomla and again we faced the same issue, they asked us to optimize joomla as well and we did it but again no luck. Than we though of trying BigRock server " a shared hosting plan" and we found website is working absolutely fine. Than we called their support team and asked them to check how smoothly site is running on shared hosting but not on your VPS which is much more costly and have more resources. Just to give it a last check we thought of trying their CloudHosting and we faced issues again than we called and ask them to refund our money we will shift to another server. Their support said first you get all the data transferred to another server and call us back we will delete this account and refund you. After that we purchased a VPS on bigrock and transferred the data their and waited for a week to see wether its working fne or not and we found no issues than we called their support nd ask them to delete the account and refund. They accepted the requested for deletion and asked us to call billing to get the refund back and now see what... they are saying you cant get refund. ha ha, they asked me to shift another server we spent again on server and shifted tge data and now there wont be any refund. My friends we are starting a campaign on facebook and twitter against this fraud and will be filing case with consumer forum. But before that we want you all to please spread this article t all of your friends so that all those who have ever faced issues with Blue Host india can come together and will raise their voice through Times News Network. We shall be publishing a complete investigative report against BlueHost India tomorrow on our news portal you all may find it useful for your claims against BlueHost India.

                        I needed a hosting plan.So i went to blue hosting.for ordering hosting plan.

                        so i visited http://in.bluehost.com/ pressed getstarted now button
                        for purchasing Standard pan i clicked buy button.Enter my domain name.

                        but when checked out it is showing wrong billing.it does not redirect to 1 year "standard product".
                        but it redirected to unlimited product. And the product which it is showing 1year is some other product not listed when i selected it.
                        unfortunately i have paid for 1yr product.and now they are not returning back my money as they promised in there website."money return guarantee"
