I have purchased a domain and web hosting paying more than what i saw in godaddy.. These guys promised manythings before i pay! After that no response as wordpress and drupal is a free for the package i took and later. After payment it says.. You need to purchase.. Wordpress.. Such a fraud... Company.. Nobody responds after you made purchase.. And i took 30day money back plan.. Now when you go for deleting the domain.. It says you need to check with live support... And live support guys do not respond. Totally fraud.. Please choose godaddy.. Dont go for bigrock.. Now i spend 50% less money in godaddy whch is lesser than bigrock... Now i get everything

Well i am using bigrock services last 5 years but last 6 months i am facing a lots of problem with BIGROCK. Their executives won't reply you properly and even they are not able to resolve the problem.

Last time their team were not able to resolve email issue for more than a month and at last i shifted my domain to godaddy and now it's working fine.

Again last 10 days one of my website, which has a form is hosted on BIGROCK server last 2 years but last 10 days form details are not going to domain oriented email ids. I asked them several times to resolve the issue. I really don't know what they do? just reply me and close the ticket. Really very unprofessional guys on bigrock.

I would suggest not to buy anything frm BigRock. It seems a fraud company, which does not have skilled workers.

An unethical way of business!!
I was trying to purchase a domain name online from bigrock.com that was www.mahakaya.com .it was available for 649/yr so i called bigrock sales department regarding some support and ask the price again it was varsha raikar who picked up the call and confirmed me the same price but when i told them i have already registered a company by the name mahakaya, then they put it under premium domain .now it costs 6 lakhs . even i read previous complaints about bigrock regarding the same thing.
these kind of practices are unethical and should be taken care by govt.

anyone who is reading this comment .plz dont give business to bigrock to make them realize the consumer power.

My Domain is www.devbro.in they sent mail that your domain name is suspected for fraud and you need to give your detail, I sent them my UID(Aadhar) and then the suspended it by saying it's not your address proof. I have been using this domain for last few years and has multi domain hosting and I am managing various websites under same panel. Due of suspension I am unable to manage those since not able to login into cPanel.

I have requested support ore than ten times in chat and mail but all time they say issue has been esclated you will get response soon.

I am dying hard I need my acess I want to move Godaddy or some else plz help they are ruining my career my clients need changes and I am unble to do and not able to take new orders since my website is down.

Hope this help else I will have to put case and FIR both for taking controls unathorised.

Cheater big rock renewed my domains without my permission.

My auto renew was off. I rechecked it. It was off for both domains.

I mailed this to big rock customer care they said can't be reversed because according to them my auto renewal was on.

But my auto renewal was off. Still they renewed it.

I had very bad experience with bigrock. I dont want any domain from bigrock refund my money, delete my domains.

My domains are being expired on 21 nov 2016.

But these shameless cheaters renewed one month before.

Have some shame... You people are cheaters...

1st thing.. My domain didn't expire.. Why did u renew it.. Its expiry date is coming in november. I want it to be expired. I don't want to renew it. Who are you to renew my domain one month before without my permission.

2nd thing.. You people are lying.. Auto renew was already turned off.. I never selected auto renew during the checkout.

If you want money... Let me know.. We are ready to donate... But why cheating with cheap techniques?

Refund the money.

My site down since last 6 days and for that i contacted the support team they informed me that due to maintenance at their server, site is down. after 2 days again i contacted but since than they only ask for time but never come up with any result. since 9th Sep'16 site down. every time they claiming this is due to the SSL but the certificate installed in the month of July and the issue comes in Sep.

this clearly indicate that as the SSL not purchased from bigrock, hence they are creating problem.

i request to work on the issue and resolve it ASAP

Very unethical practice by bigrock. When u purchase any service/product of bigrock they keep auto-renew button on.

We forgot to keep the auto-renew button off and the auto renewed processed. But i didn't wanted the service, thus on the same day we informed about the issue. But unlike other reputed international vendors like bluehost etc. They refused to return the amount.

They are as per their name bigrock, because they simply mark your ticket as closed without bothering your concern.

Pathetic after sales (Not required) service.

I came across www.devbro.in though Big rock design exchange listing. I have purchased a domain name with bigrock and was unable to purchase the hosting space because of a spelling mistake which was caused by devbro (lov singh) - while he was making the puchase via teamviewer login in my computer.Lov Singh from devbro has assured me that he has purchased a hosting space from bigrock on my behalf and charged me Rs 2535 for an unlimited plan for an year subscription. However, he did not share any login and password details for the hosting server. He has also charged me for 5000 Rs for designing my website.

Here is what happened after he took the money :

- Did not recieve my calls anymore

- No help in trouble shooting for any theme related queries
- Did not buy the theme he promised, rather he faked the name of the theme file and I came to know today from another webdevloper that he has uploaded a random theme and renamed it to fraud me.

- After a month's follow up he could not help with simple issues and stopped picking my call.

- He claims to be in Bangalore but he is not. He works from Bhagalpur / patna.

- I dont know if devro can actually be called a company because Lov Singh happens to be the only resourse and they only have one cell phone: [protected].

Right now I am trying to get my login details for hosting space and he is not responding. 1 month of my subscription has been wasted. My time and energy has all gone in waste by following up with him. This is highly disheartning as this particular contact was listed in bigrock.

I have contacted Big rock customer care and they do not bother getting back to me. Carelessly they have given an email id to write out my complaint. Unacceptable.

I have been using BigRock's services for a while now. i have two domains and hosting services with you guys. Everything was fine until now as I was not using services (Read Mails) very frequently. For the past two months I started using and picture became clear to me. My Email Services stopped working for third time in past one month. Nobody from your team provide a permanent solution or tell about the problem clearly. Everytime I have to explain my problem to some new guy, even for the same ticket. There is no clear point of contact and your team takes days to solve a small problem.

The service for the first 2 months is good, but once your refund period is over, all your websites your down with 502 bad gateway error or 503 service temporary unavailable error. I am using wordpress, the most popular cms and using popular themes and plugins, even then they are killing mysql queries and forcing to buy vpn or otherwise they will make your websites down again and again. They are just cheaters, when you complain them, they reply after 8-10 hours and phone support is also at the daytime only. No matter what your problem is, they will not do anything and blaim you for all they errors. You will never get any support from their side.
I raised ticket hpb[protected] but all they will do is that they will send you some logs of killing mysql queries.
The reality is that their servers are overloaded and just killing traffic by making websites down.
One more thing i want to tell you that you will not be able to run any cron jobs such as backupbuddy or any other as they kill these queries in between so their is no easy way to backup your website if you are using bigrock.
Stay away from them guys.

I made a website and hosted it on bigrock linux premium hosting of 2399/- per year.
In the main page of their website www.bigrock.in they clearlt posted about the plan,
1. Unlimited disk space
2. Unlimited traffic
3. Etc etc...

And also a "*" mark on price tag..
But this condition is only applicable on price of the plan..

I purchased it..
Now i made my site...

Big rock has unlawfully saved my credit card information and used it to debit money from our card without any consent and authorization. Total amount is 7116.00. Below is the transaction detail.

I tried looking for a keywords to purchase a website with domain name indianarts.com last night and today in the morning also it was available till i wanted purchase now and all of the sudden the domain name is gone and available to purchase with 83 lacks !! It was available with standard .com changes.

It is indeed unethical and illegal activity, i would like to get some clarification on this act and would prefer to go through legal process.

the full amount Rs. 689 in time as per their demands on 14th March 2015. They renewed and later I found that the services were terminated after I recieved call from people who found the link not working.
This was embarassing and loss of reputation for me.
Repeated querries were either not replied or said that the payment was refunded which was not true.
I submited the copy of my bank statement to disprove their claims for which the standard reponse is that we will consult with the gateway and get back which they never did even after one year.
Now they blocked my authorisation code and prevented me to even transfer my site to a reliable registrar - which is my right.

My website has been down for 1 week because of some crap happening on their side with their domain forwarding service. Their customer support is pathetic, everytime I end up spending 20Rs on a call and I have ended up spending almost 150 on that besides 23 mails send to them over this week, but they have simply stopped replying on the mails. They have deliberately blocked people to write on their facebook page. It is a clearly a fraud company...

Since last two days i have been having issues in my email from the multi domain user account but non of them have been able to give me an answer or resolve the issues leave apart they have not yet given me the cause of the issue. Pathetic service and i will move all my domain to another service provide now.

Beware they are the biggest scam ever online.Don't buy domains from them! I bought a domain name 10 days ago and today they sent me an email telling me that my domain is involved in spamming activities. They send me 2 sites that my domain was suppose to be blacklisted! When i manually check on these 2 sites, my domain was NOT BLACKLISTED AND NT EVEN LISTED ON THESE SITES. My domain is completely new, never registered before, no backlinks, hosting .I checked on domain name age tool and the domain is 10 days old only and never registered. I checked on majestic seo and no backlinks or links on this domain as its a new domain. Beware of these scammers, they ripped off my money and suspended my domain for fake reasons and they support is the worst i ever came across with. This company need to shut down and please don't buy anything from these scammers!!!

I am having Multi Domain hosting plan for my 7 websites and last Friday all my website's folders were deleted from BigRock servers and now after 6 days they could restore only 3 websites and 4 are yet to be restored, they don't lift the phones and their service is very ridiculas.
