I have bought an Hosting plan from bigrock for one year but and i have payed them through NetBanking of Rs.2036 but the payment was debited from my bank account after the payment has processed it shows Pending payment please pay now. After this i have contacted support they say we have not received the payment yet... And they said to wait 24 hrs now after 24 hrs they tell me to wait another 24 hrs ...This is so crazy that i cannot tell ... I hope this complain will help me.

    I purchased reseller hosting from bigrock.in problem start appearing after 15 days o[censored]se. I tried to contact them over call but there wasnt any positive response they asked me to log a ticket into the system so I do the same but still no response from their side. when I asked for resolution they said that they cant do it at their end, So I ask for my money back then the Relationship Manager Ms. Nidhi contacted me after a discussion of around 30 minutes she said that she will take it on priority and give me a call back within 30 minutes. But Its been more than 2 days and I didnt received any call. When I tried to contact her subordinates said that she is busy and will give you call back in 15 minutes I dont know when 15 minus will be completed. I want you to please look into the case. And I want to take legal action against them.

      I purchased a VPS 4 plan via net banking and after the order the order status was under approval.
      But its 5 weeks passed and it is was not approved and yesterday when I logged into my account it showed the there were no active orders.

      When I asked for a refund they told that it was processed from "Payment Processing Inc" which is a PayPal account of Directi and not of BigRock.

      And asked them that they are the same company but they refused to give refund.
      BIGROCK IS A FRAUD.
      A better recommend other sites like HostDude, GoDaddy etc.

        I wanted a SSL certificate for a website client of mine. <br />
        So bought it from BIGROCK. <br />
        Since i am not very tech savvy with the SSL certificate authorization. <br />
        i was completely depending on BIG ROCK support team<br />
        But all they did was made it so complicated that nor could i sort it nor does BIG ROCK support team. <br />
        All i did was kept chatting with the support team and kept raising tickets. <br />
        I was completely harassed by the poor support team. <br />
        They had all the access to my account and instead to solving the problem they just kept on asking me to do things.<br />
        I request if anybody online can help me with this regard.<br />

          Few days ago my site was hacked. I didn't know about it until BigRock blocked my site. How, why, and when it was hacked, I do not know; only BigRock must know the answer. After too many pain-full calls and messages made to BigRock, its customer care sent this threatening mail to my ID as Given below.

          Hello,

          Thank you for updating us. We have currently unsuspended your domain name. Currently the domain name and the hosting package associated with the domain name is active.

          We request you to take necessary precautions in order to avoid such instances in future. Should we receive any further complaint against the domain name, we shall be compelled to suspend the domain name permanently.

          Non sense service. They think customers fool and don't clearly clarify the problem. I shifted to hostdude.org in 2013 and still using.

            I am registered to Big Rock Hosting service to host my website on Big Rock. After registering with Big-rock, It was painful experience to run my website in the beginning. Their Customer service is so poor. They treat the customers like slaves.

            Now, after 3 months, problems resurfaced. This time they blocked my website. Even after sending so many mails to big rock to complain, I get no response. I tried calling them on their phone numbers. Whoever I call they will direct me to new numbers. Most of the numbers are always busy.

            I have wasted so much of time and money to call them and asking to resolve my issue. My site is still blocked since a week, and their seems to be no solution.

            My dear readers, Bigrock is really cheap money-wise and also Sevice-wise. Their service is poor and cheap.
            Please don't become customer of Bigrock. Do not host your site.

              I checked bigrock.in offer of getting website in just 400 rupees. That is completely misleading because they are not giving any website for 400 rupees. They are giving a tiny hosting package and domain which includes a website builder. The support said that you have to create that website through website builder. Give me a break bigrock.in because most of the hosting providers are giving website builder with their hosting. But, nobody misleads anyone by saying that they are giving website for 400 rupees only.

              You should mention that you are giving website builder, not actual website. For business owners, its not easy to create a website and you are misleading by saying "a website for 400 rupees".

              bigrock.in is fraud company. I use to host my web site with them under business plan which offers unlimited disk space and unlimited bandwidth, however they suspended my web site saying i am using too much resources and asked me to upgrade to dedicated server or they will suspend my web site!. I was using only 3gb disk space and 14gb bandwidth / month.

              Their customer support also sucks, if you call support and ask them to resolve problem they will ask you to create help ticket but when you do that you will not hear from them again for 2-3 days after which they will send you canned respond telling you they are looking into the problem. The only thing support will be able to help you is resetting your password.

                bigrock.in offers "transfer-in a domain and get one year renewal free" - is MISLEADING, actually bigrock is charging the domain renewal in the name of domain transfer charge and then saying one year renewal is free whereas no company charges for transfer-in domains they charge only for one year renewal which bigrock is charging in the name of transfer-in domain charges and saying renewal is free, it is very much misleading.

                I had spoken to one of the ex on phone and told him about it, he says I don't know about others but we charge for all transfer-in domain.

                Now you can yourself decide who will want to transfer domains with transfer charges which is free and not even charged by any of the registry, hosting companies and domain providers.

                  Big rock is fraud

                  Big rock is the fraud company.

                  As i am using big rock services, and i booked 4 domains from www. bigrock.in but they deducted 6 domains cost from my account, and i tell all my problems to bigrock team and send all details, but days are passed and nothing comes out from there end.

                  No body reply me....

                  I REGISTERED THE DOMAIN SOURAVBSWAS.IN WITH BIG ROCK ON 15TH JUNE.
                  I PAYED THE AMOUNT WITH MY DEBIT CARD .
                  THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF 94.05 WAS DEDUCTED BUT MY SITE ISNT ACTIVATED .
                  MOREOVER IT'S SHOWING THAT MY PAYMENT IS PENDING :(

                  BIG ROCK IS FRAUD HOSTING COMPANY I EVER MET.THEY ARE SIMPLY STEELING CASH IN THE NAME OF DOMAINS.

                  very very poor dealings. Why iam saying is once i bought a "advanced plan" from them and it had only one domian hosting facility.While purchasing, i registered a domain and because of there poor customer service, i pointed that domain to Godaddy.com.When i deleted the old domain from bigrock and tried to add a new one, they deleted my complete account and shows a message that" your cash will be refunded after 14 business days".


                  This is a sign of fraud because any reputed companies will look there customers well and they complete the transactions with in 2-3 days.But BIGRock is a fraud company and they are not bother about customers cash.Bigrock didnt mention this refund time in any of their terms & conditions.


                  And No other hosting companies delete their hosting account while deleting a Domain... ...POOR HOSTING PROVIDER...im waiting for my refund.

                    I apologize for the delay in response in this regard and inconvenience caused.

                    Although you have deleted the hosting service for bigit.in, I would like to inform you regarding the case with the SmarterTrack application, available in the Web Applications of Plesk.

                    There was an issue with that application itself as a result of which its configurations were not getting completed after installation. Our developers checked all the possible settings for it, however application failed to work as one-click app available to install. The settings had to be done manually from the web.config and thus it did not fit as one-click app. We have thus removed this application from the Web applications.

                    I would like to thank you to bring this issue to our notice. I tried calling you a while back but your phone was switched off.
