Big Win Import And Export — ordered sofa was not delivered

It s the worst place to order any furnitute.I regret buying cot and mattress from here.The quality of the product is pathetic, no proper finishing at all. The cot was making hell lot of sound as the ply used was not in good condition.The mattress they gave had folds everywer after using for 1 to 2 days nd after calling continuosly when they finally came for the service it was the same even after that infact worst i would say as the mattress now given is torn from the borders.
I would never ever recommend anybody to buy from here.These people are rude as well and never accept there mistake.They only will cheat you.Very bad experience with them.please help.

I also placed a sofa order in chennai trade center furniture exhibition (Jun 30, 2018) and have the same experience. I request expo will not allow this type of companies

We had placed order for cot on 7-9-18 paying advance in the Bengaluru expo and there haven't delivered nor responding our call being promised to get it delivered by 12-7-18. They are cheaters. I request not to buy anything from them and get cheated. Who ever have faced the same problem in the same company should complain in police and sue them.

Even I am facing the same issue with this company.. I also placed order for Teak Wood Sofa set in Chennai trade center furniture exhibition on Oct 6th, 2018 and Still they have not delivered it. Even after multiple follow ups, they started to give false promises on their delivery dates..!! During sales they promised to deliver the order with in 10 days, but even after 3 weeks they was not able to deliver it. One of the worst company I had ever seen. My kind request to all is that Please don't ever believe their false promise and do not order/buy from them...!!
