I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the recent order I placed for a 360 Phone Holder, which was delivered to me on 5th July (Ref AWB # [protected]).
As per the product description at the time of purchase, I was supposed to receive a brush and two microfiber cloths along with the 360 Phone Holder. However, not only were these items missing from the package, but the phone holder itself was a different model than the one I had ordered.
This is highly unacceptable and falls short of the service quality I expect. I request you to kindly arrange for an immediate return and replacement with the correct product and all accessories as promised. If the correct item is not available, I insist on a full refund at the earliest.
