I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding the recent order I placed for a 360 Phone Holder, which was delivered to me on 5th July (Ref AWB # [protected]).

As per the product description at the time of purchase, I was supposed to receive a brush and two microfiber cloths along with the 360 Phone Holder. However, not only were these items missing from the package, but the phone holder itself was a different...

I need to speak to someone from BigFoot Retail Solution Pvt. Ltd. immediately. I placed an order through Trendorbit, and it turned out to be a fraud. The package was delivered by BlueDart, and when I contacted them, they told me the sender was BigFoot Retail Solution Pvt. Ltd. I demand a proper investigation into this matter, and I want my ₹1500 refunded without any further delay.

I received my order today and found only two jeans instead of three. Additionally, the quality of the jeans is extremely poor and unacceptable. This is completely disappointing and unprofessional.

Kindly review the attached photos and videos immediately and resolve this issue without delay.

This packet was market for rto after 2 months
When delivery guy came the return packet was totally different
No label no packing... And when the executive senior talked me on phone he said i am escalating and rasing your issue and dont take the delivery of packet
So i refused the delivery
Ask them to present my packet with label and invoice..

I have been raising this issue with shiprocket /bigfoot for 2 months and they are not resolving issue and instead closing the ticket and not solving my issue
