I am A. NANA RAO (Contact No.: [protected]) and I Got a mail from yourside that I am the Lucky customer of the day and I can select any product from a given list by paying very low amount. In thiis regards I placed an order from your website for the Apple i phone 5 s valuing rs 599/, i have received a mail from bigsop and my a/c details and order no.91638439, on 31.08.2014 But till date (2months)Now I neither got the Phone and nor refund my amount. i request u to refund the paid amount of rs 599/- in my account. i hope u to maintain good relation with the customer. Please settle the problem as eraly as possible.
