Dear sir,

Kindly return my Rs. 599/- against order no. 91660357 dated September 5, 2014. I got a call from your side regarding apple iphone 5s but after 599 payment a person call me again and tell me that "it is a contest". You have to pay Rs. 11, 000/- more at your delivery address but I refuse it immediately. After 2-3 minute I receive another call from same number he offers me a wrist watch but again i refuse for watch. So I want to cancel this order and it is humble request to you return my money back.

Hi,

I have ordered product on 10th March'22 on Jiomart portal, order was partial delivered and rest delivery schedule was kept postponed continuously .

After 1 week when I called customer support they informed it is a technically issue with system and order can't be delivered, amount will refunded to source account within 7 days.

It is all most 2 months, upon continuous reminders also Jio mart has not refund my amount.

I had ordered the watch of noise company on last 13 April Rs. 1699. Today I got delivered the watch but it was a child watch. what kind of behaviour is this I don't know. I have ordered combo pack of 6 bralette along with panties of high quality.but what i have ordered and receieved is entirely different.i have received only 3 with poor quality.i have spent 698 RS/- including delivery charge.now i am not seeing return option as well as any response from their end.i need justice to not make any cheat/fraud activities from these people again.i am addiing some snips of what i order and what i received!!!

I paid 1500 for cake and flowers and it never got delivered. No customer care support. Numbers are not reachable. Lot of people complaining in all the social sites.

I wants attraction your attention for most important matters. I had complained against Nsdl in consumer board. After some days, I had received message from [protected]@rediffmail.com. Message had said that please tell your card number and expired date for refund process. I had given all details. After two days, as dated October 15, 2017 I have received call form this number [protected]. Person had been verifying my card number and expired date of my card. And Person said that your amount will refund 2 hours. And person said that please tell me your code and message code in which are received your mobile number for refund process. I had given all details. But person had been cheating me. Person had been transferring amount from my account to his account. He had transferred 115 rs from my account before which were successful. After He had transferred rs 16725 and 4150 in which had cancelled? That person number is cheating. I had done call this number [protected]. But person are not pick upping my call and cheating. This number has Gujarat location. I have understood that any personal information should not share anyone. These numbers are not nsdl person number. I was unknown. But I know all matters now.
Please refund my money. You should be taken strong action that person.
Please take strong action against that person. I will be thankful to you.

Sir, I would like to inform you that few month ago i paid ₹599 Through My Debit Card online to Bigsop.com for a iPhone 5 contest and after paying the amount to them their website, toll free number, other mobile numbers are not working anymore. I m not getting my refund.i have all screenshots regarding the transaction and other necessary images of the acceptance of order. Respectively on[protected] and[protected] transferred rs. 599 and rs. 444 (Tr no.Ig00bjlut8 and ig00cyvqc9 respectively) through net-banking to purchase product in a deal-day. But till today i've not received anything. Initially they attended the phone and mail also and assured to refund the amount. But, suddenly they ran away by blocking the reach to the site in the name of maintenance. Till date i could not get any link as to how to get them??

Once I registered and paid Rs 599 * 3= Rs 1797, BigSop.com converted it into points/credits instead of delivering the iPhone and force me to buy some other product (most of it fake) of that price range available on the site. When I complained them and asked for refund, they did not responded.

A contest was organized by bigsop a/c which few lucky winners could get an iPhone or macbook and other such costly gadgets for getting the prize one had to pay registration fee of some amount.I had registered for two I phones. For 499each I.e 998 rupees.according to them if I could not win in the contest I'll get bigsop points each point for rupee 1 I was given 998 bigsop points which could be redeemed on next purchase. But the website disappeared one day firstly it was as the website is being repaired but finally it disappeared. This website cheated me. I want my money back.
