[Resolved]  Bigsop.com — No customer care, defected piece(watch).

Dear sir/ma'am, They (BIGSOP) sold me a watch, I paid Rs. 800 for that. The next day I found that watch was defected(slow). Now I am trying to register my complaint but there is no response from their side. I tried both the contact numbers given by them for customer care. Sometimes they are busy at another call but in my case they do not pick my call though phone is ringing. After that I text them a message but still do not get any reply from them. It seems a fraud.
