Dear Bigsop, I am not happy with the Services you are providing to your Customer. First of all the Quizzes you are being forced to Customer to play is not at all transparent with its TC. The Term and condition is not clearly written on the Contest Page. Also after winning the Contest and paying the Wining amount money, you are not providing the Wining prize to the customer. Also you Customer care representive negotiating on the Prize money. They are forcing me to take a Tablet worth Rs 8000 and Watch against the Wining Prize I Phone 5.. This is not the Way Business run. Neither Customer respective nor their supervisors are corporative to customer. You are totally playing with the Customer Emotions and Sentiments. There are so many loop holes in your Market Strategy and Business Policies. You cannot run your Business with these types of loop holes..
