Hi,
I have ordered product on 10th March'22 on Jiomart portal, order was partial delivered and rest delivery schedule was kept postponed continuously .
After 1 week when I called customer support they informed it is a technically issue with system and order can't be delivered, amount will refunded to source account within 7 days.
It is all most 2 months, upon continuous reminders also Jio mart has not refund my amount.
Kindly support. Let me know for further information from my side.
